They did a good job. Overall I had a good experience.

Every part of the process went smoothly, and was carried out with utmost care and professionalism! The proprietor came on time with his crew and they all got to work quickly. They worked quietly while I did my own work in my office. My windows and my tenant's windows are sparkling. They were a real pleasure to work with, and I recommend them without reservation.

They were very good. They did everything they were supposed to do. It was a lot of work, but I thought the bill too high. They just handed me a bill that I felt was unprofessional. It was just a slip of paper with the total, nothing was broken down.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently. There was a team of 5-6 which was a lot for our 2400 sq. foot home. The guys were friendly. The windows sparkled. They left a little dirt on the floor from going out and inside the house but nothing much. The one thing to note: because there was a team, there are guys all over the house at once. This is super because it's fast, but if you feel the need to watch over everyone as they're in your house, this might make you feel slightly uncomfortable. I'd definitely hire them next year. They gave a 10% Angie's discount.

The team arrived on time, worked very efficiently, were friendly and helpful. The windows look good. The men moved furniture as needed and carefully replaced it. They have a well thought out process and everybody knows what to do. One small storm was cracked [not surprising given its poor condition]. The team will repair it and return it in two working days.

Charles Orr and his crew were punctual, very efficient, courteous and easy to work with. Our windows look beautiful. We will definitely have them back next year. We requested to have the work done two weeks after we called.

They did a good job and finished in 90 minutes.

Marvin's does excellent work and are very professional. We received a call letting us know they were running behind schedule. They showed up even though the weather was cold and raining. The windows all sparkle. They know what they are doing. They are not cheap but we will continue using them because of their reliability and quality of work.

They were great to work with. They scheduled our job the same week we called for the estimate. The crew was courteous and took pride in doing a great job. Our windows look fabulous. We will definitely use this company again next year.

I contacted Marvin's Window Cleaning Service and left a message. I received a phone call the same day with a quote on how much it would cost. I paid $100.00 more than expected and did not receive the Angie's List discount. I was pleased with the punctuality of the workers on their arrival, professionalism, and quality of the work completed.

Very nice job. Professional team and very efficient. All of the windows were clean inside and out. No streaks and no mess left inside the house. We could not be happier with the work they did. We have a 3 story historic property and they cleaned each and every window. Even those in closets!

They worked very quickly & efficiently. They brought out a big team because our house is rather large. They were very thorough, even going so far as to take the storm frames off in order to better clean the windows. They were also courteous. All around, they did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased.

Charles Orr and 3 helpers showed up promptly at 8:00 am, as promised. They did an excellent job. We will be using them each Fall and Spring going forward.

Marvin's Window Cleaning performed a quote within a day or two of my call, then performed the work as soon as weather permitted. Very conscientious and courteous on the phone, too! Price was below other vendors called. Work was quite good!

MR. ORR AND HIS TEAM OF 3 MEN HAVE A COORDINATED AND EFFICIENT TEAMWORK APPROACH TO THEIR WORK AND DO A THOROUGH JOB. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THEY SET TO WORK IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVING AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND LEFT ALL THE WINDOWS SPARKLING CLEAN. WE HAVE A PROBLEM COMBINATION STORM/SCREEN AND THEY JURYRIGGED A REPAIR FOR ME. THEY SCRAPED OFF PAINT THAT HAD GOTTEN ON PANES WHEN THE FRAMES WERE PAINTED.

MR. ORR AND HIS CREW OF 4 WERE GENERALLY VERY COMPETENT AND METICULOUS. BUT ONE OF THE CREW WAS NOT AS CAREFUL A CLEANER AS THE OTHERS AND LEFT SOME STREAKS.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE'VE USED THE SERVICE & THE CREW DOES A GREAT JOB. I CALLED ON FRIDAY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT & THE COMPANY WAS ABLE TO SEND A 2 PERSON CREW ON SATURDAY. THEY FINISHED IN JUST A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR.

THEY WERE REALLY NICE AND RESPONSIVE, BUT I DECIDED TO GO WITH MY OLD WINDOW WASHER. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE.

ARRIVED WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF MY CALL, GAVE ME A PRICE, CLEANED THE WINDOWS AND SCREENS TO PERFECTION. VERY PLEASANT, POLITE, AND PROUD OF THEIR WORK. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I RECEIVED A QUICK RESPONSE WHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE MY CLEANING WITHIN THE WEEK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING, WORKING AROUND MYSELF AND MY TODDLER. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS TERRIFIC. OUR HOME IS SO MUCH BRIGHTER!

MR. ORR RETURNED MY CALL LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER, AND OFFERED TO BE AT MY HOUSE IN 1 HOUR TO CLEAN THAT DAY. FOUR WORKERS, INCLUDING MR. ORR, ARRIVED AND WORKED FOR SIX HOURS ON WINDOWS THAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON ALL WINDOWS-EVEN THE SMALL LATTICE WORK ON UPPER FLOOR. THEY MOVED FURNITURE AND BLINDS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. GREAT JOB!

HE ARRIVED TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AND HE AND HIS WORK CREW OF SIX PEOPLE ARRIVED TODAY, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2004 AT 2PM AS SCHEDULED TO WASH THE INSIDES AND OUTSIDES OF 36 STORM AND HOUSE WINDOWS. CHARLES AND HIS CREW WORKED EFFICIENTLY, NEATLY, AND COURTEOUSLY, COMPLETING ALL THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER WITHIN TWO HOURS. THEY NOT ONLY WASHED THE WINDOWS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER; THEY ALSO CLEANED OUT THE TRACKS OF THE ALUMINUM STORM FRAMES. THE 30 ALUMINUM STORMS AND SCREENS WERE REINSTALLED CORRECTLY, AND NOW ALL THE WINDOWS SPARKLE.
