MARTENS TRUE VALUE HARDWARE

Every time we used it there was a very pungent gas smell and I called them to fix it.  They promised to have it back at a certain time and it wasn't ready.  In the meantime I called the manufacturer and the snow blower was on recall. We ended up getting the snow blower exchanged but throughout the whole process I was treated horribly and spoken to rudely.

The manager, Mark Martens, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed what I was looking for and he made helpful suggestions and recommendations. I ended up buying a brand new year old model that had a mulching deck I wanted. Be sure that Mark will be at the store if you stop in; the others did not seem to know much. Also, after the mower was delivered, I noticed a bolt was missing from the deck. Despite several calls and even my fax showing exactly what bolt I needed, I did not get a replacement, and I evetually gave up.
