MARCIA'S SECOND TIME AROUND

This incident occurred at their 27th Street location.... I had someone from Marcia's come to my condo to price items for me that I wished to sell, as well as my neighbor's items. The man priced each item and listed them on a sheet of paper. I called Marcia's on 6/13/12 to ask if I could drop the items off after work on 6/14/12. I was advised I could do so. After a friend & I made several trips to load my car, we drove to Marcia's. The young man working told us he'd have to phone the boss to approve his accepting the items for resale. I told him I had already called and was told I had approval to bring the items in. Long story short, the young man phoned the boss, who changed his mind and refused to take the items, after we made a special trip there to unload them. When I asked if I could speak to the boss on the phone, he refused to speak to me. I had planned to look around to buy a chest for my den, but I was so furious, I left.
