I would have preferred to be present when the work was done but other than that they did a good job.

Tree was very close to my garage and the neighbors house. although M&M was not the cheapest bid I prefered their experience. They did a good job, however after the trunk was ground out I found there were syill roots I could not deal with. I called them and they came back to finish the job to my satisfaction.

They did a really good job. It was a reasonable price so I was really well satisfied.

Appreciated the knowledge of the arborist & sales rep Paul. The workers did a very nice job of trimming and clean up & appeared to be very respectful of my property so as not to cause damage. There was one limb on one of the trees that was in somewhat bad shape & was to be removed to prevent future damage. The workers did not remove it, but I was not home when the work was done, and am not sure they were aware that it was okay to remove it since it did have some growth on it. I notified Paul the following business day, and by the time I got home from work that day, the limb was gone! Great service for customer satisfaction. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I have used them before and last October I needed to have two very large trees trimmed. One was a black walnut tree that was extending from the neighbors lot over our garage. They brought the appropriate equipment and brought the large branches down without incident. The other tree was not accessible with the truck lift so one of the men through a rope over a branch and hoisted himself up, chain saw and all. They do an excellent job of cleaning up after their work.

The results have been fantastic. We have a large oak tree that is very close to an addition to our house. The addition probably cut off a lot of the roots. We thought the tree was just about dead. M&M has fertilized it for a couple of years and it is now in very good shape. The job they did caused the roots to grow substantially. We are very pleased with the results.

Service was performed very professionally and efficiently.

I was not home when it was done but they had spent the time to explain the treatment and answer all of my questions. With the special they were offering the cost was much less than I have paid to other company in past.

Very nice. With this type of service I will only know quality if I have no ash borers. Time will tell.

Site visit was within a day of contact. Site visit not only included ash trees but all the trees on the property that was very helpful in planning of future tree maintenance. I would recommend M & M Tree Service for any tree service.

The crew who cut down the limb worked very efficiently. They were friendly and thorough. The yard was totally cleaned up. I would definitely use this business again.

They did an excellent job. I made an appointment and they came out when they said they would. I had other companies to do estimates but only M & M included fertilization with the insecticide. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Their price is very reasonable. They show up and get the job done. They are very professional. They do exactly what you asked them to do, they don't do more than that.

Price was a bit high for trimming a rosebud tree and a small plum tree in the front yard. The owner sent two young kids to do the trimming and they did a poor job on the rosebud. They cut ALL the branches at the bottom and left the top ones, the opposite of what we asked. The tree looks pretty bad now. At least they spent a few minutes to provide support to a bush with a cable at no extra charge. I know other customers are very satisfied with this firm, but it didn't work out for us.

M&M is very professional, does the work when they say they will, promptly returns calls and even will stop by the house to answer questions about trees that you might be having a problem with. The crab apple tree that they sprayed was more beautiful this year and kept it's leaves longer than most of the other trees in the yard. They did a great job.

They are excellent. They sprayed the crabapple tree; in fact they literally saved the crabapple tree which looked like it was dead. Now, I get comments on how beautiful that crabapple tree is, all the time. They are gorgeous. They don't oversell and don’t try to push more. They also treated a pine that was in trouble and when it didn't need any treatment, they suggested that we didn’t need to do it anymore. They are very honest and are very personable too. I would recommend them to others and would use their services in the future.

They’ve been working for me off and on for several years. They are an excellent company. They have all of the proper equipment to do high level tree trimming.

They call to remind you about their service and ask if you still want them to come out. They are very efficient and their service really works; it saved our trees.

The 3 evergreens that we had trimmed cost $175, the spraying of the tree was probably $75 a spray and the feeding of the magnolia was $90. I have recommended them to people and even my neighbors use them. They know what they are doing and I would always recommend them. I’ve never used anyone else.

I was happy with everything. The price was good. I got an estimate from a well-established firm here, and they were exactly twice the price. Even though they had cut out the trunks, they did leave a mess behind. They didn't do a good job on that.

They were excellent. It took a little more time than they had anticipated to remove the tree. They left it clean. I really have no complaints.

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a contractor. After requesting an estimate, M&M responded in a two days. Every one was polite, knowledgeable and professional. They called me to let me know when the work was going to be performed and that's exactly when it was done. No surprises. The crew that cut the tree down were quick and efficient. And the clean up was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend M&M or use them again.
