Description of Work: They removed three unhealthy trees. Impressive watching them. Two were over the house and took heavy equipment and finesse. TheY are very busy and we were in a queue, but they gave us the week's notice we requested even though it was not their usual practice. Great job on clean-up.

Description of Work: I inquired online and sent a request for an estimate via the website, after a two days of not hearing back i called and asked for someone to come and take a look so I can obtain an estimate. I was not told what day they are coming just that they would leave the estimate in my mailbox.

Description of Work: Called three tree specialists for advice on a tree that was badly damaged by a windstorm. All said the tree needed to be removed. M&M had the best price and rep was very helpful and informative. Tree was removed the next day, and fed to the chipper. All debris was removed as expected and the stump was chewed up too. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Will call again whenever help is needed.

Description of Work: M&M took down a huge elm that overhung several buildings. They worked quickly, without incident and the clean up left the yard immaculate. Very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: As contracted M & M removed a large pine tree and stump from my front yard. A number of other trees that had winter kill were also trimed. The team from M & M were on time with the correct equipment and knew what they doing. I will be calling them this year to do some additional work.

Description of Work: I needed some large and small branches on my silver maple cut and trimmed. I also needed three branches that hung over my garage roof from my neighbor's tree cut off. The company provided me with an estimate and were prompt, courteous, and friendly. They gave me the lowest of the four estimates I had received for the exact same work. What was different than the other four estimates, however, was that M & M gave me a paper to have my neighbor sign apparently to agree to the three branches from their tree being removed. It was my understanding that I was well within my rights to have the branches cut or trimmed at least up to the property line, so I didn't know why I needed the paper signed. I am sure my neighbors would have signed anyway, since they wanted their tree trimmed and were glad to have me pay for it entirely out of my own pocket.

Description of Work: we hired M & M Tree service to treat a beautiful Ash tree to prevent emeral ash bore. Their price was reasonable and service what we expected and wanted. We'd use them again.

Description of Work: Scheduled service, they didn't show or call. Called a day later saying "didn't know I needed to call" if they couldn't make it. When I explained I made special arrangements to be there at the scheduled time, I didn't even get an apology.
