It was a small bathroom. I would absolutely not use them. I would not suggest them to anybody. They could have been a lot more organized. They could have given me a discount. They could be a lot more punctual. They're very unprofessional. I thought I was going to have a heart attack the way they worked their stuff. Their sales people don't even have a clue if they can do it. The first day they were supposed to come out and put the floor down, they gave me a window between 9 and 11. I took off of work two days in a row. There's nobody. You can only talk to their customer service. It wasn't until my frustrations escalated that they finally gave me somebody who's supposed to be in charge of all of this. After I talked to the customer service four times, I get a phone call back stating they won't be able to make it because the product was damaged.

Two installers arrived on time. They removed the old basement carpeting and scraped the glue from the floor which took a bit of time. They moved very heavy furniture (ie pool table) and replaced without complaint. The carpeting installed efficiently. They did not waste any time. We are happy with the quality of their work and would recommend them.

Sales person came to our home just inside the timeframe I requested. He did get it done timely. Overall a good experience. The only concern I had is that the sales person told me that the carpet was guaranteed for 20 years. The day before the installation date, I received a paper from the company that stated the guarantee was not valid if the property was rented. I called to get clarification. Because the person who is renting is my daughter, they said they would honor the guarantee as long as she was there but not if I rented to an outsider. I did decide to go forward...I think they should have been more up front. When the installed came, he was concerned about wrapping the stairs going to the basement level. He suggested that the carpet be bound on the stairs. I agreed as long as there was no increase pricing. They did the binding without any additional cost. Overall a good experience and so far the carpet looks great and I'm happy.
