+ -1 morecalled them because rubber bottom of garage door is cracking and peeling off. scheduled appt. for them to come out and look at the problem. was told that I would be charged for them coming out! so the work they do and/or products/materials that they use are not guaranteed for workmanship or any defects? I ended up cancelling anyway because of a conflict of the day and time, [ something of more importance came up ], but really??? you pay over $2,000.00 for a new garage door and you discover that material for it may be defective, based on what you are seeing, [ pieces of the rubber bottom all over the garage floor ], and you as the consumer, who paid for the labor/materials have to worry about the quality of those materials and the labor? really???!!!
