+ -1 moreMichael the owner was very responsive and helpful. I received his company's information from Menards. He came to the house a 2nd time after reviewing the small project while I was at work to explain the 2 options for a repair. He then returned within a couple of days to make the repair. I highly recommend this company because the owner is honest and williing to offer options to the customer.
Description of Work: Michael the owner completed a repair on the siding of my house. He was very helpful and gave me two options to fix the problem. It was a small job, however, it made a big difference in the appearance of the siding.

+ 0 moreMike (Ludwig Builders) and his crew were very friendly and nice. They were on time and reasonably priced. Very hard workers and very clean work area. They have been in business for 30 years.
Description of Work: They put in self stick tile...1/4'' board, flooring, trim and woodwork. Replaced bathroom window and caulk. Removed built-in shelves and filled in hole. Touched up paint on woodwork.
