The first time Zenobia came like I said was priciest, BUT afterwards I really honestly felt that every cent was worth it. (Btw- after first cleaning price goes down significantly) Her work is incomparable to businesses or other cleaners I have had due to her energy level and thoroughness of work, not one spot was missed as stated above- Z has absolutely no tolerance for dust, dirt, or uncleanliness of any kind...wow..yeah ..ever meet someone like that? That is who she was as she worked at my house.

it went great, I called Zenobia & she checked out the work before hand & scheduled it a couple days later. Our basement was really dirty especially by the laundry area. she cleaned everything & had 6 garbage bags when it was all over. she put a liner in the garbage bag & the hallway looked great. I would recommend her again in a minute. She was professional & on time.

ould Zenobia was amazing,100% professional, and extremely kind and personable - the exact person we feel comfortable in our home. She arrived 10 minutes early - ready to begin work exactly on time - and brought all of the necessary equipment with her. We have been preparing for a wedding this past weekend and were expecting company, so we allowed neglect of our condo and there was buildup. Worried about that, Zenobia volunteered to visit prior and provide a time and cost-estimate and arranged what we would do with our pets when she was in one area - which very much helped us plan our day. When she began, she was amazing. She was diligent with every detail and she did things we neither asked for nor even quietly hoped for - such as trim dead leaves out plants. She also helped us rearrange and reorganize furniture and built-up picture frames along the walls because we are anticipating moving. Zenobia put in a full, 8-hour day and she was stunning. When my (now) husband returned from work at the end of that day, he was amazed at the work she had done. She really helped us focus on the remaining details of the wedding without trying to squeeze in a massive cleaning project. And though she did such great work, what we were most grateful for was her kindness and wonderful conversation - as there are other service providers out there whose personalities can make you feel there is a stranger in your home. We look forward to working with her again and we highly recommend others hire her for her outstanding services as well!

Zenobia has been cleaning for me for more than ten years. She is extremely reliable, professional and excellent at what she does. I've hired others to clean over the years; her services have surpassed them all. I trust her completely with everything; if there is ever something I need out of the ordinary, she takes care of it. On a scale of one to ten, she is an eleven! You can trust her to meet your cleaning needs in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.

Zenobia arrived with a smile at her scheduled time with her cleaning supplies which were clean and in great condition. She started work immediately. She pointed out some weird things that were going on with the floor (residue that was left by me). She got on her knees and tried to remove the residue twice. She was determined to restore the floor to its original appearance, She cleaned each room, wiped down doors, made beds, changed linen, vacuumed floors, cleaned bathrooms, mopped floors. She went beyond the call of duty by folding clothes very neatly that were left in the laundry room on top of the dryer. She washed any dishes that were in the sink. She put everything way neatly. She has been cleaning my house for about four years now. She finished the housecleaning in a timely manner. I love the way my house looks, feels and smells when she has finished. I can trust her to come into my home even when I am not there. I would highly recommend her services..
