- KWK installed an outlet box about 6 months ago. One of the outlets stopped working last week. was pretty obvious the issue was with the outlet and not the install. Anyway I called KWK to see what the warranty on parts and service were and they said they'd have to come take a look to see if it was covered. They said they could come by the same day- in about an hour! They came by, looked at the outlet, and replaced in all within about 20 minutes. I was really impressed with the customer service and KWK standing behind their work. I will definitely use KWK in the future. Good price, great work, excellent commitment.

Service was well done. Dave, Kevin, and Brice (in particular) were accommodating, friendly, extremely knowledgable and did a great job! I would definitely hire them again.

Called and talked to a person who said they were going to check to see if a serviceman was available. Called back within a half hour set up a meeting time within the Half Hour. He arrived on time and got the work done within an hour. Cleaned up and was gone. Just a wonderful experience.

Dave arrived early,and had all corrections completed within the two and a half hours that was in the estimate. His professionalism really impressed me. He took load readings on all breakers,marked conductors,After determining load of individual branch circuits.He then tested for proper voltage and load. All were then connected to new breaker panel. He was very polite,and went about his business non stop for the whole time here. I would definitely use KWK again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. We will more than likely be using this company to upgrade our service at the house, we will be waiting until we move in to tackle this project though.

I got three estimates for electrical work. One put in a bid about 30% less than KWK but that company never returned any calls once it was time to do the work, another came here to put in a bid but never did. KWK came to look at the work, put in a bid quickly, and updated the bid quickly once I changed a few requests. They were very responsive. I can't actually say whether their prices are good since I have no basis for compairson, but I gave them a bid because they came in 10% under their estimate.

John responded quickly to the request for estimate and provided same. John was flexible in his scheduling and worked well with the remodeling contractor to get the tub circuits in place and then to return to complete the rough-in when I completed the demolition. Al work was performed professionally and his workmanship was complimented by the electrical inspector.

We had a few extra appointments due to unforseen problems. but all was execellent in the end. The electrical inspection was a slam dunk.

This was part of a very long project that began when one of my basement walls began to move into the basement. The outside of the wall was excavated, the wall was moved back into place and support beams were installed. Work was completed in November 2011. The city inspector who was contacted to approve the work noted that I had a recreation room and no permits. That's when all the trouble began. I had to obtain a construction permit, as well as additional permits for electrical and plumbing (at a cost of around $800). I contacted KWK Electric based on my personal knowledge of the company and the positive reviews in Angie's List. I initially met with the owner, Ken, and he agreed to do the work on a time and materials basis with me performing whatever work I could to keep the cost down and not jeopardize the code upgrade. Ken assigned Jim to do all the work with me, and everything went great. I did some of the wiring relocation for the ceiling lights and installed most of the new outlets. Jim inspected all of my work to make sure I did it right. Jim spent a total of around 18 hours on the job. Everything went smoothly. Jim arrived when he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently. He was also very pleasant to work with. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. KWK's hourly rates were lower than any of the other highly recommended contractors that I contacted, and it is difficult to imagine how anyone could have done the work more quickly, efficiently and economically. I could not have been more satisfied, and I would encourage everyone to use KWK Electric for all of their electrical repairs and upgrades.

They have done fine. We had an arrangement with them where they sent one guy and we paid $50. The work has been good.

Tom was the Master Electrician who came and did some very wonderful work for us. We had a doorbell which was not working, a light fixture in a stairwell which was nearly 2 flights up which needed to be replaced, and were asking to see if a ceiling fan could be placed in a room which may or may not have had power in it. Tom did a terrific job of getting each of these done quickly and efficiently - and most importantly, expertly. For the ceiling fan job, luckily the room did have power which was plastered over, and Tom cut a hole where we thought there were wires, placed a ceiling box, and voila, we were in business. All of these little jobs had some extra unforeseen pitfalls, which Tom handled with ease. 4hrs later, I had a working doorbell, a working stairwell light, and a ceiling box to mount my fan. Perfect job! I couldn't be happier, and I found a reliable electrician to work on our 100yr old house!Great work, Tom...you'll be back when we need you!

The company sent Michael to help. He went above and beyond the call of duty, taking the initiative to repair a part of the light fixture on his own. He made several visits. The charges are very reasonable. The company is very good about setting appointments and keeping them and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them highly and will use them again when the need arises.

Called them on Tuesday afternoon and discussed the work I needed done with Dave. He gave me a ballpark estimate and was at my house by Wednesday morning. He checked what I needed and got right to work. He worked quickly but still paid attention to details. Great work!

He did a fine job. I hadn't used them before but I would use them again in the future.

They were very good. They were very professional, quick and came out the same day. Edwin was very nice, quick, and very cool, professional and helped me out. He was easy to understand, and put everything in laymans terms, it was good. Overall he gets and A+. I would definitely use them again.

Electrician arrived promptly, and performed the service quickly and professionally. He was friendly and nice to our dog and 2 year old son. A simple job that was done very well. Highly recommend.

They were absolutely fantastic. I even referred them to my sister-in-law who was also pleased. Their price and cleanliness were fantastic. The man made it much more simplistic than I thought it would be. I thought it would be a large wiring job. It didn't take him very long at all. They came out twice actually for one request and I was so pleased that I add them for another light in the garage.

Service was great, new outlet and price was right. With the Angies discount, only cost 77.00. I will be using them for more re-wiring in my house.
