Description of Work: Updated electrical service in duplex. I've used KWK several times over the past few years, they always do a good job and are very pleasant.

Description of Work: Installed sub breaker panel, fireplace chimney fan exterior circuit with interior motor speed control switch, exterior GFI receptacle, and additional bathroom circuit with GFI receptacle. Meeting with company owner very helpful in determining the needed services. Installation was neatly done and completed as scheduled. I'm very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I had new outlets plugged into a few of my upstairs walls and a new line run for my dryer. Very punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Installed under cabinet lights in the kitchen and cleaned up a variety of fix-its that had needed attention for some time. John made an initial site visit to assess the job, arrived as scheduled, was professional and considerate. I'll be recommending their work to others.

Description of Work: Problems with my electrical box. They had the outdated breaker (hard to find!), explained everything. When the problem was not resolved, spent another 30 minutes and fixed it, no charge!

Description of Work: I needed two GFI outlets to replace the ones that were not GFi,but needed them since one was in the guest bathroom.the other for my washer and dryer. Dave inspected ot only the two outlets,but checked the GFI that was in the Master Bath; He did not like the way it was wired,and corrected that one also. He was very professional,got the job done and cleaned everything up. I also used the coupon that was in your magazine. Very pleased with the results. :)

Description of Work: Update to my first post of no one calling me back to schedule and do work after a quote. Company has called twice to clear up the situation. They were very nice in their message and apologized. I appreciate the fact that he tried to contact me to resolve the situation. I would not write this contractor "off" given the fact that he tried very hard to resolve the problem. They have very good reviews on here, obviously, for a very good reason. I appreciate the contact and attempts to make the situation better. In my initial phone calls to them they were very professional, and by the reviews on Angie's List, they rate A.

Description of Work: Wanted me to pay a trip charge of 42.00 for an estimate on a job that is less than 6 miles away.

Description of Work: I contacted them on August 7, 2006 for a price quote. The gentleman who answered told me he'd call back in 2-3 days to set-up a time to come over to conduct the price quote. Well, it's been over six weeks and he NEVER called!! I'm questioning HOW this vendor received an "A" when this is my experience. I DO NOT recommend KWK Electric.
