Description of Work: I was referred to Ken by Story Hill Contractors. I called him 4 weeks ago and he said he would be in touch the next week to set up some time. Sounded friendly. That week came and went. So I called him last week wondering why he never checked back in with me and to please give me a call. Now another week has gone by with zero reply. What a waste of time.

Description of Work: I needed new trim and doors in kitchen. The guy came out to look at the work. He stayed for an hour chit chatting and taking measurements. I never heard back.
