+ -1 moreWork went fine. This is covered by a home warranty insurance policy. I as well as the insurance investigators have tried to contact Ken for the past SIX MONTHS no return calls to verify work completed . The insurance company HAS recently contacted Ken and he stated " I do have the bill in front of me, I'll call you when I get back to my office later today." NEVER A RETURN CALL. I can get some compensation for the work performed. The busy plumber has no time to make a simple phone call. I have all emails from insurance company and my own to Ken asking to assist in this matter.....of course none ever returned or follow-up not made
Description of Work: Repaired copper lines of a boiler heating system that Brust due to faulty electrical.

+ -1 moreKen was extremely communicative (by email and phone) and arrived promptly both times. The work came in at exactly the estimated price. He installed a gas shutoff under the cooktop and and made sure to take the time to show us the location, etc. We were very happy with his work and would certainly hire him again.
Description of Work: Ken first came out to give an estimate on installing a gas line to our kitchen, and putting in a new gas cooktop. He explained everything that would be required and said he could provide an electrician to perform the necessary electrical work for the electric starter on the cooktop. (He even took a cell phone picture of our circuit breakers so the electrician would know exactly what he would be dealing with.) We custom ordered our new cooktop and when it finally arrived we called Ken, who was able to come out for the installation within a couple of days. Aside from installing the lines, he was able to make a additional cut in the counter to expand the existing hole by 1/4in to fit the new cooktop. The electrician arrived shortly after Ken did and installed the new line as promised. The whole process took a few hours.

+ -1 moreI went down in my basement and found water creeping closer and closer to my carpet only to find out my pump wasn't working properly. I found KMG and called and he actually answered, I had called a few other companies with no answer. Ken came out the next morning and told me what it would cost. The job went great and Ken kept true to his price. That was a plus! I will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Thanks so much Ken and KMG!
Description of Work: Ken worked on and replaced a sump pump for me after I found water in my basement. He actually answered the phone! I called a few other places and just got recordings. Ken came out the next day and had it taken care of. I will be use him for all plumbing needs in the future. Thanks

Description of Work: In November 2009, Ken Grabske helped with the remodel of our basement bathroom. In a very tiny space he was able to fit in the a shower and put in a nice vanity. It turned out better than expected. It now is almost too nice for the rest of our basement. He was very particular about not leaving clutter and the price was very reasonable, Less than 2000 including labor! No kidding!. Since then he has also replaced our water heater and sump pump. He always has been prompt and available by phone with any plumbing questions we have. I highly recommend Ken Grabske for any sized project
