Ken is a scammer. I hired him and he did not complete the job and destroyed my garage siding by drilling holes in it. He is a cheap person and wouldn’t buy the right material even though I gave him more than half the money up front. Refused to show any receipts and buy the correct wood screws instead he used drywall screws I had to go purchase screws my self and he still wouldn’t take the old ones out that will cause wood to rot fast. The playhouse never got completed it has nails going though the floorboard sticking out. He is very unprofessional and his workers are also. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!
