 + -1 moreOverall I think the experience was good. She had a lot of experience and has been a licensed agent in the area since the 80's, so she is very wise. Only thing is, she was kind of slow. She did not give me a lot of information that I needed to know upfront. I had to ask a lot of questions. I did feel like she was very candid. She did not seem to be biased towards any properties. Even for the more pricier units, if she saw something that she did not like, or if she thought overall it was a bad deal, she would speak up. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would go with someone else just because I am more educated now about the process and would prefer someone who is more aggressive.
Description of Work: Joyce was my Buyers Agent for the purchase of my Condo. We looked at several units throughout the Milwaukee downtown area.
