 + -1 moreHe did one job for me for a very good price. Then I had him do the entire interior of apartment. He gave me a written estimate. When he was done we called him and said that some things were still showing through. We realized that his estimate only includes one coat of paint. That is when the prices started to really stack up. I feel like it was just very sneaky. If you do not have every single thing written down he will come back and say it isn't covered. He does not follow what I would call the customary and usual code of painting that you could expect from a painter, such as using two coats if needed. When you talk to somebody about an estimate you talk to them about the customary and usual practice, and he didn't keep to that.
Description of Work: He came out and painted the interior of our porch.
