JG Flooring

Jeremy installed LVT on all of my main floor except for the bedrooms. The transition from room to room was flawless and it looks amazing. He's very polite, personable and punctual. He also has a great connection for buying the product you want and I got a really great price.

This is the third installation of flooring JG has done for us and the installations have all been outstanding in every respect.

Jeremy was amazing! It looks beautiful. He also works with an interior designer who helped me pick out the flooring. Jeremy was extremely patient with me. I didn’t order enough flooring I initially so he had to come out twice. He didn’t charge me any additional. Extremely honest, hardworking, and professional!

The installation crew was professional and the quality of the installation was just outstanding. They were able to suggest excellent high quality products based on their experience and we were very pleased with the results.

Jeremy did an excellent job on our floors. He has great attention to detail, was extremely helpful in the selection process and was very competitive price-wise. I was also quite impressed by how quickly he got the job done. I will be using his services again soon when we do up the basement. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeremy.

Jeremy fit our project in on short notice due to a cancellation on his calendar. He arrived on time at 8 am and worked all day until the job was done. The floors look beautiful, he cleaned up everything and took all of the carpet that was removed with him. Price was right too. I would absolutely recommend JG and hire this company again.

We are beyond pleased with Jeremy's work and his professionalism! I would definitely recommend him to others. It was easy to get in touch with him via text message to get the work scheduled and find time for him to stop by our home and view the job site/materials in advance of completing the work. The quality of his work is excellent. Our floors look amazing and he really paid attention to detail. During the job, he was very communicative when questions arose or when he wanted to confirm how we wanted something to look. He gave us a bottom-line price up front and that did not change whatsoever. Our job took 2 days and he did a great job of cleaning up between days 1 and 2 and at the end of the job. He communicated his intended job hours and was on time/early both days. He was efficient with the materials we had purchased, which is a huge help because we are planning to return some of the unopened boxes of laminate and an unopened bag of underlayment. Jeremy was extremely helpful from start to finish. The first thing he did was come by to measure all the rooms and let me know how much flooring I needed to purchase as well as offer recommendations on the materials I should use for the best possible result. Once the materials arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure that our project was completed well ahead of when we needed it completed. Jeremy works very efficiently and I was continually amazed with how quickly he was able to get things done. Not only did he do a phenomenal job with the installation of the new flooring and baseboards, but the time and effort he put into making sure that the surfaces were as clean and prepared as possible for the highest quality installation was well above and beyond anything I could have expected. In addition to this top notch flooring installation he was extremely helpful in moving and reinstalling items like toilets, vanities, doors, washer and dryer. The care he took when moving these items to ensure that nothing was damaged. It was obvious that Jeremy enjoys doing this and he really takes pride in making sure a house or area is better off than it was when he started. If you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, detail orientated, communicative, hard-working and will use his 20 years of experience to get the job done right, then JG Flooring is THE flooring company that you should hire.

JG Flooring did a great job. I recommend him highly. Quiet, polite and a truly hard worker. Review is way overdue and I can't remember specifics about what the installation cost. Worth every penny though.

He was friendly and professional. Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves, too. No mess! We will definitely call again if we needed flooring installed, and would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy was on time, professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. He had quoted the job based on some photos and reduced the price once on site when he realized the carpet/padding wasn't glued down. The entire process of removing the old flooring and re-installing the new flooring went very well. The cleanliness and care exhibited on the job was excellent. I would highly recommend them and gladly have them return for any future installations.

I contacted JG Flooring after receiving estimates from several companies and the large home improvement stores. Almost every contractor told me that I had a single option which was to completely remove my subfloor and replace it. Jeremy from JG spent a good amount of time looking at my kitchen and came up with a couple different ideas as to how I could proceed. They were honest with me about these options and in the end even suggested going a route which saved me several hundred dollars and still gave me an excellent result. JG removed my old vinyl, leveled my floor and then put down the new vinyl I had chosen. They installed the flooring on 5 stairs and edged the stairs as well. They also installed a few threshholds into different rooms. Jeremy gave me the option to buy my materials myself using his contractor discount at a respected flooring store which saved me 20% on the material cost. He did not mark up the materials at all. JG showed up on time and even finished the work in one long day instead of two as was scheduled. The end result is great. The floor looks wonderful and I have zero complaints with the workmanship. Even the little details like the stair edges are done right. The workmanship just shows a lot of pride even in the smaller details. I don't know that the floor could look any better with the materials used. About a week after the flooring was down, I tore a couple holes in the vinyl moving a fridge (which Jeremy had warned me about) and I called him for a repair. He got back to me promptly and came out after work hours to make the repair. The repair was done perfectly (I can't even find the damaged area) using leftover material I had from the original job. Jeremy then did not charge me for the repair! I was shocked that he offered a free repair on a floor that I had obviously damaged. In all, I am 100% satisfied with JG Flooring. They were professional, friendly, courteous, prompt, and the resulting floor exceeds my expectations. I can recommend them with complete confidence.

Jeremy never asked for more money than his bid. I offered to and did. He left me with confidence that my flooring was now okay. He took his time during the job, letting the glue dry as it should have been allowed to do the first time by my original contractor. I would recommend JG Flooring in an instant. I rarely give straight A's, but he deserves them. Thank you Jeremy!
