Called the owner many times and emailed him several times. He never showed up all spring, summer or fall. I find this very upsetting because I had signed an agreement for having my snow removal done also. That is another story.

I had to call the owner Steve Johnson many times to get him to come out each time it snowed. He did not come out twice this season. My wife who has health issues couldn't wait and hand shoveled. I really don't want to talk to Steve anymore. When I call his phone and leave a message, he doesn't call back. The last time I tried to talk to him was the 2" heavy snow. I left a message and asked when he was coming out and he never returned my call. This was normal. I expect at least an $80 refund because his fee for each event is $40. He didn't show up twice so $80. That will not resolve my displeasure with this company but I feel it is only just. I filed a complaint regarding this company for landscaping also.

They did very good at initial contact and during the estimate. They measured for the rails during the estimate but when the worker came out he didn?t have the measurements!!! He had to spend the day measuring and didn?t get the work done for a couple of weeks. After a while the handrails came loose and I had to call them back out to fix them. It took a few phone calls but they finally came out to perform the work. Since then they have held up.
