They came out promptly on the day the job was scheduled. They did a fantastic job of trimming my arborvitaes and left no branches behind. I am very pleased with this company and would not hesitate on using them again.

Came on time and worked fast.

Mulch provided was very poor Beds were not cut straight or to the width requested Personnel were hired by the day from a pool

My experience with Immaculate Connection Landscaping Services was good. They showed up on time and did everything we asked. There had been, I don't know if it was this last one, I've used them a couple of times, where there was a small accident where a window was broken and they took care of it immediately and there were no issues with it. If they were fly by night they could have just walked away from that. I was pleased with them.

The landscaping is always done very well. They trimmed bushes, dug a trench around one of the bushes and layed mulch. Nick and his people also designed a corner of my yard that was in terrible condition as it was being used for a compose, they dug the entire corner out, planted bushes, flowers, etc., and layed mulch. This was 5 years ago, and it still looks good. He rebuilt a portion of my deck, (which was needed because of rotted wood), primed it and they are now waiting for a stretch of dry weather to complete the paint job. They also do all of the fertilizing and lawn care for my grass every spring/summer and my lawn looks great. A couple of my neighbors have hired Nick due to how my lawn looks. I would hire Nick for any job that I need done at my house. In fall his people also clean out the gutters after the falling leaves, and, if I don't get to it myself, they will do fall clean-up on the leaves.

They're very good people. It's very satisfying that you can go to them and not fear the unknown. They had a very high standard of working. What they did was re-potted some of my plants that were not proportioned right, like the tall ones in the back and stuff like that.

Immaculate Connection Landscaping Service were very efficient in cleaning my gutters in a timely fashion. They called before their arrival time to ensure someone was home to inspect the work once completed. I really enjoyed the experience and plan on using them again.

Can't remember when I first connected w/ Nick but since then I rely on him, spring and fall, to keep gutters clean and basement dry. He's reliable, efficient and from my experience takes a lot of pride in doing a good job. He clearly knows the value of follow-through and doing what he says' he'll do it when he said he'd do it.

They haven't sent the bill yet and didn't give me an estimate before they started the work. Other than that though, they did a pretty good job. They had to use a chainsaw due to how coarse the bushes were. They look nice now.

Just got the estimate for the analysis, didn't end up doing the plans that he had provided. He was courteous, and provided a thorough analysis.

Very punctual. The amount of mulch in the deal did not cover the whole area we wanted it to and therefore we needed to have it spread thinner. It ended up not to be the bargain we thought it would be. The quality of the mulch was adequate.

Nick came out and we walked around our property and he wrote down all the different things I wanted done. A week later, a crew of 2 men came out for 6 hours. They were excellent -- did a better job than I had expected! The two young men were wonderful and I walked them around the yard and we talked about all the things I wanted done. They had Nick's list but I added and removed a few items since I plan to have them come back in a month when everything had leafed out, to remove some large shrubs. This is the second time I used their services and they were great! I especially like that I can walk around my yard with them and show them my property and flower gardens and explain different things to them, such as the types of clematis and which to prune and which to leave. Some are pruned in the Fall and some in the Spring - very difficult to know the difference.

Called for an estimate to regrade my front yard. Owner came out in a timely manner. He was knowledgable and actually tried to talk me out of regrading the yard as it was not necessary in his opinion. I asked for an estimate any way and I have yet to hear from him five months later.

I was informed when he came out but they don’t generally service the area. I didn’t receive an invoice from them and then they sent me a late notice but they did great work and it looks good. He was really nice and they had paper work issues and they don’t actually service here. Along with the special I ended up paying $200 out of pocket just because the special wasn’t clear and I misunderstood. I actually didn’t get everything that was in the deal because my yard wasn’t big enough for it so I got 8 plants out of 15. The people who came to do the work were nice. The rates were pretty reasonable. I didn’t have much landscaping work done so I am guessing they are comparable.

It went well. I haven’t had any problems. It took a while to do it as I had misplaced the coupon, but they were able to honor it even after the expiration date. In previous years I had a lot of backup and overflow with snow and ice in the gutters but so far I haven’t had that this year, so it seems to have worked well!

They came when they said they were going to come. It was a neat and clean job.

They planted some of my bushes incorrectly so they gave me an hour of free time and replanted them. They were good. They were fast. I used them before last summer and I really enjoyed it. I did not think they did a good job on some of the planting. It was on an incline and some of the bushes were in the dirt and some were out. That is why they said they would come back and give me an hour's time. Their prices were competitive.

Nick and his staff were great. Did a good job.

The work itself was done reasonably well... but there were some other issues... 1. The Angie's list promotion indicated that one could order two of the "Coupons"... when I called to schedule the owner said that this was an error, and he would only honor one. So I had to contact Angie's list and get a refund... 2. When everything was done, I got billed for topsoil and delivery, which was expected, and also for brush removal, which was not. I paid, and later found the original promotion, which stated, as I thought I remembered, that debris removal was included in the special.

The landscaper came to our house twice to plan what we wanted, which we appreciated. He was responsive and the work was punctual. We believe the plants were well-installed. However, with landscaping, the real test is whether the plants will come up again in the spring. I am not sure they will. The plants were small and seemed to lose their leaves quickly. I am not sure we would use the landscaper again. For the money, I think we could pick out better plants and do the work ourselves.

He ended up running out of mulch and had to come back. There were also a few other small hitches. Overall, I was not overly impressed with the service.

They did a good job, it was up to par.

We hired this company for the trimming of bushes. I was very specific about my expectations and they were met. For the price, I was pleased. I also asked for suggestions for a few plants. I received 5 small plants and paid $200. A few did not survive the summer, despite my watering, etc. I am not sure if they were appropriate for the area. I would not use them again for landscaping.

Rep came to our appointment and met with us. Admitted being overwhelmed with response to Angie's deal listing. Discussed ideas (his) and specifically requested certain aspects of plan to help us move ahead. Had to call and prompt several times to receive plan work product. When it came is was disappointing, and included items that we had rejected during the meeting. The plan was ultimately not usable and we had to start again with another provider. We no longer participate in Angie's List deal promotions and would not recommend this provider.

It went fine. I don't recall much about it, which is a good thing. They came and did the work when I wasn't home. They left no mess or damage, and the gutters seemed to flow freely. (The gutters are too high to see whether they actually got clean:-) I gave them grades of B only because there was nothing about the experience (that I could see) that went above and beyond. I have no complaints though, and would use this company again.
