They were pretty high above the others so I didn't go with them for the service. I just had a price quote from them. That is all the interaction I had with them. The guy was nice. He was in the middle based on the price. He was way over several other quotes I had. He said he wasn't able to come down from that. I think that was since he was such a small business.

We originally brought Nick and Immaculate Connections in to regrade our yard and add sod, but he heard me mention concrete while he was there. Looking at the old walks, I knew they were sloped into the house and would need replacement. Nick applied his best-practices approach and recommended I deal with the hardscape first. I'm glad we did. Nick and his crew came in and our yard looks brand new! The old sunken walks are raised and drain properly, the S-curve in the walk adds softness and interest, and we love our new patio. Nick is an honest guy who prides himself on doing it right the first time. He will give you his opinion and there's no guessing what he's thinking or wondering about ulterior motives - his cards are always on the table. His crew is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and accomodating. We'll bring Immaculate Connections back to do more work in the future. It's nice knowing I have a trusted provider in this area.

I found them on Angie's List. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. They are very reputable. I am very pleased with their service.

Nick, the owner, was professional and prompt. He showed up when he said he was going to. He actually gave us several different estimates as options. He was good at explaining the process of what he was going to have to do in the yard. He helped me troubleshoot a few problem areas. His crew came on time and finished the job on schedule. It's a beautiful patio.

They are prompt. Nick Schulz, the owner of the company is a really nice guy, and their prices are reasonable. He has a whole crew so if something isn't done right, you call them and it will be corrected. What more can you expect?! He also does a lot of other things; he will clean gutters, wash windows and whatever else needs to be done around the home.

I've had them out before and called them back because I was satisfied with their services. They are punctual and nice to work with. They also send out fliers for discounts when you use their services.

An unexpected surgery forced me hire someone for snow removal after the season had already started and many providers were already booked. Nick agreed to add me on to the end of one of his routes. He does all snowblowing instead of plowing, which I needed since I live in the city and have sidewalks and an alley approach instead of a driveway. He does a really nice job. We haven't had that many snowfalls, but the few we've had have been large. He has my walks cleared before I have to leave in the morning and if it snows during the day, they're cleared by the time I get home. I'm getting pretty spoilt and I'll have to consider hiring him again next year.

They were excellent. I bought some trees later in the season. Six guys came out to complete the job quickly. They did all the proper things you need to do plant a tree. The price was just about right.

My experience with them has been very good. They are very reliable and understanding. They are willing to work with you. I think they reasonably priced.

Nick, the owner of the company, is a truly decent business man. The work was done exactly as proposed, and the final product exceeded my expectations. Nick responded to my calls and even encouraged me to call with questions and non-standard business hours. He answered questions in the midst of the work to be sure I was happy with the final work. He even came back several weeks later to switch out one plant that I didn't really like, at no additional charge.

I have a continuing service contract with the company. They don't make multiple service calls during a single snow. They wait until the storm settles and the snow stops before they come out to clear the driveway which is what I like. They don't make unnecessary service calls. Overall a very positive experience with this service provider. Their service is of extra value to me because I have a stamped driveway and need a service provider with snow blowers and not plows or shovels because these damage the driveway surface.

They use snow blowers and not a plow. He charged me for the higher price because even though the snow fall was less than 10", the plow truck went down the road and made the snow higher. 4-10" is $38. 10" or more is $55.

He did a good job, pricing was fair.

If the snow fall is over 2", they come out to plow my driveway. The charge for 2" - 10" is $35/visit. The charge for over 10" (which luckily didn't happen this past winter!) is $50/visit. They will arrive within 8 hours after the snow fall, even if it's 3 am!
