+ -1 moreIt went well and some pitfalls that could have caused problems were avoided. It was much better to use a buyer agent to protect the buyer interests because the builder had everything written in their favor.
Description of Work: Homestead Realty was used to purchase a home. It was new construction and a buyer asgent was needed.

Londell works with buyers and sellers and I attribute my quick sale to that fact; He listed and marketed my properties but most of all he worked his extensive network to make sure his contacts were aware that this property was fully exposed. This agent is definitely a top performer committed to getting results.
Description of Work: Agent Londell Purdy listed and sold 3 income properties in a realtivy short period of time. s I have not worked with other agents with this firm. I would recommend this guy in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed.
