HERO PLUMBING LLC

Setup an appointment with Danny on 9-29-2023 at 1pm. We needed a replacement drain pipes in the Bathroom upstairs. Called Danny at 1:15pm to see if he was still coming. Danny stated he was rapping up & should be done within an hour. I understood that. spoke with Danny again at 2:33pm. He stated that he as downtown & about 10-15 minutes away. That was the last time I spoke with him. I called the office at 3:24pm & asked if Danny was still coming. She said she would check with him. Never heard back. So I called Danny at 3:40pm. No answer, it went straight to voicemail. Called the office again at 3:53pm & she stated she never reached him either. I called Danny again at 3:56pm & it went straight to voicemail again. The Office called me at 4:11pm & stated that Danny had an emergency Dental situation. She also stated that Danny would call me after the local anesthesia wore off. Our Contractor was waiting all this time. Once the plumber came, then the contractor could finish his part. This was a made up excuse, I felt. We all know that anesthesia can last up to 60 minutes. A courtesy call later that day would have made it right. He could have rescheduled the appointment.

The toliet was broke because someone else tried to fix it and the tube would fill up with water while showering and I called Hero Plumbing and they fixed it with in hour of calling for a resonable price.
