Adam came at 10 am the same morning we called for help, he got right to work on unplugging the drain on our kitchen sink. Once he got that done, he then fixed our toilet and installed a new faucet in the basement all within just 45 minutes. He was friendly and professional, checked his work, cleaned up after himself, and worked fast and efficiently. All I could hope for in a good plumber.

We were extremely pleased with their level of professionalism and knowledge about the products and I never had to speak to the company once to get the faucets exchanged. Heiden took care of all of that, which was greatly, greatly appreciated!!!

Our plumbers name was Adam. He was on time. He was very courteous. He showed us how to take care of the shower issue on our own for future reference. He was quick in his work, polite, and made a minimal mess. We were very satisfied.

The sewer backed up into the basement on a Sunday but when I called received an immediate response. In order to avoid an approximately $200 surcharge to come on a Sunday, the company recommended I wait until Monday if I could do so. I did wait and was given the first appointment of the day. The gentleman who performed the services worked relatively quickly and took the time to explain to me in detail the problem and how I can avoid having this happen again. I fully intend to have the company do the recommended work to effect a permanent solution.

Heiden came out and installed a new water heater on October 29. I was in a pickle because it was a wedding weekend and guests were in the house. They came in the middle of a party, quickly installed the heater and left. They were friendly and cleaned up, and we had hot water 6 hours after I first called.I had another emergency--my pipes burst. They came immediately, shut off the water and replaced the pipes on another day. Again, the service was prompt and friendly and professional

He came over redid the drain, so that there is now an elbow pipe that comes out and has a shut off valve that I can shut off either going up to the sink or down to the basement. He also cleaned the drains in the kitchen sink, washer drain, and the outside drain. He also showed me how to drain some of the pipes, if needed. However, he said that if I have any issues to call them and they will come right out. He did a great job and I am very happy.

It was a little pricey but the quality of work was great. They were very accommodating with my time frame. I would recommend them to others. The only thing is it would have been nice to have detailed bill or invoice.

I spent $693.71 on that work. They have a great price for a plumber. They respond quickly and do excellent work.

We have a 1927 bungalow. They seemed to be very familiar with the old radiators, plumbing and so forth. When the floor was redone it was lower than what it had been before. They seemed to really understand the peculiarities of an old house. We were happy with their work overall.

This was the first time in my life, and I am old, that a plumber charged less than the estimate. He gave us an estimate and came in about $100 less. We couldn't believe it and we would have paid the estimated price. They did a very good job and they were very thorough. They have come here twice to fix two different toilets. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. They are honest and they were on time. They fixed the problem and cleaned up. They were very friendly and very professional.

We called, we ordered, they came, they installed.

It was an excellent service experience. He used high quality replacement parts. He also gave me an estimate to install a shower in my upstairs bathroom. I haven't had any plumbing issues since his visit and would use Heiden again in the future.

The main broke the day before we were to be out of town for two weeks. They came to the house the following morning, gave me a bid, which we accepted. During the time we were gone, the replaced the lateral. All seems to be working well.

Overall the work was good but it cost about twice as much as expected. When I called to schedule the appointment the office said it was a relatively small job so they would work on an hourly basis therefore an estimate would not be provided. I scheduled the work and the office expected the work to take a few hours. The Plumber showed up in the afternoon and determined it would take longer than work time left in the day, and that he would might a pipe threader which he did not have on his truck. He said he would measure today and have the shop fabricate the pieces and that he would return the next day to install. The install occured the next day as expected and the work was done well. The down side was being billed at an hourly rate and getting killed for travel time, office time and install time. Had I known it would have been more than a "few" hours as originally quoted, I would have insisted that they provide a proper quote. I would not hesitate to use this company again and have since had them quote on other work, but I would require an estimate regardless of scope (my fault)

Their price was inline with the others. They were okay; nothing spectacular. I will use them again in the future.

They were prompt and Dennis was friendly and the tenants said he was nice and professional.

They were good. We spent $240 on the job. Overall, we had a good experience dealing with them. They showed up on time. They completed the job quickly and did a good job. Their pricing was appropriate. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

We have had them in the past and they have always done very fine work. They not only clean up after themselves but they are very careful in our home.

I was quoted $300.00 for the installation of two toilets over the phone. The toliets were purchased from a third party vendor and were already on site before Heiden was called. He showed up on time, took only 1.5 hours, and billed me for $243.00 ($57.00 below the quote). Everything works and I am very happy. Great quality work at a fantastic price.

My experience with them was good. They showed up on time, did their job, cleaned up after themselves, and they don't have to come back to fix mistakes. I would use them again.

The plumber showed up at the schedule time. The job was done professionally and to our satisfaction.
