Description of Work: Wanted to line existing sewer lateral. Called to ask for a quote. No response. Waited one week. Called again. Still no response. |Company was totally unresponsive. If they did not want to do the work then they should have said so instead of leaving me hanging waiting for someone to contact me.

Description of Work: Had a leak in the outdoor spigot & couldn't get any shutoff valves to work. Were recommended to Heiden by another plumber that couldn't come out in a timely fashion. Plumber showed up on time and gave me tips on how to shut my old valves so I don't have to panic in the future. A little over an hour later, I have a new outdoor bib, new pipe & new shutoff.

Description of Work: THE OUTDOOR FAUCET WOULD NOT SHUT OFF AND TURNING THE SHUTOFF VALVE INSIDE THE HOUSE DID NOT STOP THE WATER. HEIDEN REPLACED THE OUTSIDE VALVE AND ADVISED US TO NOT REPLACE THE INSIDE SHUTOFF VALVE BECAUSE HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT FUNCTION PROPERLY. HEIDEN ALSO FIXED LEAKY PLUMBING IN THE BATHROOM BY TAKING IT APART REPLACING GASKETS & PACKING. HE ALSO NOTICED THE BATHROOM SINK RUNNING SLOW SO FIXED THAT ALSO BY CLEANING IT OUT. WE APPRECIATE THE PROMPT SERVICE BUT MOSTLY WE WERE REALLY GRATEFUL TO HEIDENS HONESTY IN TELLING US WE DID NOT NEED TO PURCHASE PARTS THAT WE REALLY DID NOT NEED. FOR THE TIME AND ATTENTION HEIDEN TOOK IN OUR HOME HIS BILL WAS MOST REASONABLE. WE WILL CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

THEY APOLOGIZED FOR SOMEONE NOT CALLING ME, AND THEY SET ME UP FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 7:30AM, BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I COULDN''T TAKE OFF FROM WORK AGAIN. SOMEONE CALLED ME AT 7:10AM THE NEXT MORNING ASKING IF THE PERSON COULD COME A LITTLE EARLY. SO HE WAS THERE BY 7:20AM AND OUT THE DOOR WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR.

DON''T KNOW ABOUT PRICING; I DIDN''T GET ANOTHER ESTIMATE. I PAID $15 LESS ($95.30) THANKS TO THE ANGIE''S LIST COUPON. PRICING WAS: $40 FOR FIRST HALF HOUR FOR LABOR; $45 FOR FIRST HALF HOUR FOR TRIP (MAYBE THAT WAS THE TOTAL TRIP PRICE?); $19.95 FOR PARTS. TECHNICIAN MADE SURE HE GOT THE JOB DONE WITHIN THE FIRST HALF HOUR, EVEN WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: WATER HEATER OVERFLOW VALVE WAS DEFECTIVE, RESULTING IN LOTS OF WATER ON THE FLOOR. CONSTANT DRIBBLING OF WATER. OVERFLOW VALVE WAS REPLACED.
