WE SINCERELY APPOLOGIZE FOR NOT BEING MORE RESPONSIVE. WE GENERALLY HANDLE OVER 100 ESTIMATES PER MONTH AND UNFORTUNATLEY DID A POOR JOB OF UNDERSTANDING WHEN THE CUSTOMER WAS GOING TO BE ON VACATION, AND WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO RETURN.

Description of Work: SINK WAS BACKED UP IN MARCH, BUT WAS DRAINING OKAY BY THE TIME THEY CAME. THEY CHARGED FOR A CALL, BUT IF SINK SHOWED PROBLEMS IN A WEEK OR SO, THEY WOULD HAVE COME OUT FOR FREE. IN SEPTEMBER, THE TUB WAS BACKED UP. THEY CAME OUT TWICE AND SNAKED OUT THE DRAIN. HE ALSO REPLACED A RUBBER STOPPER IN THE TOILET.

Description of Work: CALLED HEIDEN TO COME AND TAKE OUT OUR OLD KITCHEN SINK AND INSTALL A NEW SINK (WE HAD EVERYTHING--WE ONLY NEEDED THE LABOR). HEIDEN REP. CAME AND TOOK OUT OLD SINK WITHOUT TELLING US IT WAS PROBABLE THE COUNTERTOP COULD RIP OR COULD BE DAMAGED (I.E. WHEN PRYING OUT OLD SINK) WHEN REMOVING SINK. TORE ABOUT 1.5 INCHES INTO LAMINATE COUNTERTOP AND DENTED LIP OF LAMINATE IN FRONT OF SINK WHEN PRYING OLD SINK OUT. WERE NOT CHARGED INSTALLATION FEE BUT HEIDEN WAS VERY SLOW (3 MONTHS) IN RESPONDING TO PHONE CALLS AND INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS. VERY RELUCTANT TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. WORKER TRIED TO PASS OFF DAMAGE.
