 + 0 moreThey did the garage first which I requested and I was very pleased with the price of $1275.00 and the job they did. Then I had them come back and remove the old aluminum siding and old gutters. Then they installed new vinyl siding with sofits, fascia, gutters and down spouts for $6875.00. I am very pleased with the work they did, but I only wish they would call and let me know what day they were going to start. they would only say in a few weeks and then would just show up and drop off the supplies and start the next day. Over all they did a wonderful job and my wife and I are very happy!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their property worked on!
Description of Work: They put up vinyl siding on my detached garage and remove all old aluminum siding from the house and installed vinyl siding, new gutters, down spouts, soffits, fascia plus replaced some of the bad wood before installing the new gutters.

 + 0 moreIt was a real pleasure working with Dan. He is a young energetic guy who is professional and personalble. He works with a small team and is an onsite contractor who lead the project from start to finish. I think this is how he is able to provide the quality of work at a very competitive price. Dan found one small section of punky wood that needed to be replaced and the added fee was nominal. He kept me informed all through the process and made sure I was getting a quality installation. He found that he underestimated the number of squares of shingle needed but honored his estimate anyway. His estimates were very competitive with other contractors of similar size. He delivers a excellent value.
Description of Work: Remove two layers on Ranch style house, remove and close hole on older style aluminum roof vents, remove seemless aluminum gutters and downspouts. Clean up and remove all debris. Install new, felt, ice shield, install new ridge vent and 30 year dimensional asphalt shingle roof. Apply PU sealant as needed. Install new seemless aluminum gutters and add one additional aluminum down spout in new location. Provide downspout water kick out for two of 5 downspouts.
