Called and had 3 issues I needed fixed. Carrie who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She did her best to get someone out as soon as possible. I was offered a same day appointment but because it wasn't an emergency, I schedule for 2 days out. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. He did great work, was very efficient and left the space clean when he was done. He also showed us all of the repairs he made and taught us how to maintain the waterlines in the winter. I would recommend Greenfield Plumbing to my family and friends and will definitely use them in the future.

Called them in May of 2020 and never received the courtesy of a response, despite a couple of follow up phone calls. It is extremely disappointing because they were our go-to plumber for a few years, not to mention they installed the piping that needed to be repaired. We ended up having to go with someone else to do the repair.

It went absolutely perfect

He had to cap off the galvanized pipe connection and add a new copper pipe. Took about an hour and a half to compete. Dishwasher now works great.

I hired Greenfield Plumbing to install the new sink, but after he was done I showed him the other two problems and he asked if I wanted to do them right now. I said yes and he did them immediately and was done in just over two hours. He did an excellent job and didn't mind my watching his work.

These people did an outstanding job. The first day they were there on time and provided a formal estimate. The second day they were there on time and did the work. This was a fairly complex job and it was done perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves with nothing for me to worry about. The price was very reasonable.and the job was done very cleanly. I have used them before with a similar outstanding experience. They have done plumbing and HVAC in my place. Very professional and at the same time friendly and helpful. Top notch outfit.

Overall, it couldn't have gone better. We were charged exactly what we were told and they fixed a few things on top of that. Communication was great and both Dwayne and his employee (whose name I cannot remember) were both very professional and friendly. We were told if we had any problems or questions to feel free to call at anytime. We will definitely use Greenfield Plumbing again in the future should a situation arise. They are on call 24/7 which makes them even more appealing in case we have a plumbing emergency. The do all basic plumbing, water heaters, drains and more. We were able to get an appointment at a reasonable time and were not given a and quot;window of timeand quot; like they would be here between the hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. like other companies have. This, their quality of work, which is excellent, their professionalism and their communication make Greenfield Plumbing stand out from the others. I felt they were fair in their estimate and did not feel at any time we were being taken advantage or not being treated as a valued customer. We even got coupons in the mail for discounts on future plumbing that we could use or pass along to someone else. I only wish they had a website up so more people could be aware of them and their services.
