 + -1 morei jWe spoke to Louis a couple of times on the phone and it came to the point of meeting him at his shop. Spoke to him at about 1pm and he mentioned that he would be in shop till 4 pm or so and will be available to meet. I mentioned I would be there in the 3 - 3.30 pm timeframe. All good. The address he emailed me before said - 4871 N 119 St., Wauwatosa, WI 53225 instead of Milwaukee so the GPS takes me to a different location. Anyways, I put in Milwaukee and reach the shop at 3.30 pm. The 2 people in the store tell me he is gone for the day. I can barely believe it since we spoke a couple of hours ago. I think maybe there was an emergency .. try calling his phone to check on what happened since I am at his shop and not sure what to do next ..(Should I wait.. is he coming back etc.) This is the most ridiculous part ... he WILL NOT answer his phone .. I request one of his guys to call him .. and ironically he immediately does .. all he says is he has to go. It has been a few days since and is yet to show the courtesy to call back and / or offer an apology or explain what made him leave his own shop !

 + -1 moreGranite Guys' quality of service is great. I didn't like that he didn't call me back a couple of times. I would use them again and I would refer them.
