They supply different types of things, like we needed to fix our air conditioner and they were wonderful. They went well beyond the call of duty to help us get it fixed. They had all the parts that we needed to fix our air conditioner. They supplied things like filters, they were fit in nursing home when you need it to fix. I bought a compressor, whatever, they would have those parts. My air conditioner is really old and they actually found a part for it. It was a great interaction. If I had to have someone come out and work on my air conditioning system, they would have been one over a thousand dollars. When we took the parts out to take to the store with us, the fan blade was stuck to the part that we needed to replace. The guy actually physically helped my son. It took 2 days to get it loose, but they were back and forth until they get that part off, which saved me money from having to buy an extra piece. I would say others that if they're a do it yourselfer and they know the parts, even if they don't know the parts, if they take the part in, they took the time to look it up on the computer, found the part, the part wasn't exactly what we needed, to get back there was no problem with them replacing it and giving us a different part that actually worked. We did the work ourselves. He taught my son through it, told him what and what not to do, so he gave him information. So when we came and took the part, there was no problem.
