What they did clean, they cleaned it very well. Wouldn't use again only because they charge too much for regular cleaning. I use someone now who is completely amazing and works her butt off for a lot less.

Used an oil based polish on the marble countertop without washing it thoroughly first - result a sticky tack counter top Used something like pledge on the baseboards which stained the walls of the paint above the baseboards. Did not completely dust and clean and left before their time was up. I saw them leave as I came home, about 15 minutes early. Was never sure how much English they understood. The owner assured me one of them spoke English well, but I believe her comprehension was not sufficient. Bottom line - They didn't know how to clean properly. A waste of money.

They never came -after a long wait they finally got back to me and said that they do not do service in the Pewaukee area

I only wanted one cleaner, but the service provider stated that they do not provide services with only 1 cleaner and suggested that I get a refund.

They do the basics; kitchen, bathroom and some dusting. I contact them when I need the service, I leave a check and they come when they are supposed to.

I purchased the Angie's Deal for six hours of cleaning. Spoke to Rita the owner on the phone to arrange a time for the cleaning and asked a few questions and received explanations of how the work would proceed. On the arranged date four cleaning ladies showed up right on time and started to spread out immediately to clean. Rita arrived a minute or two later, and my husband and I started to go room by room with her to explain what we wanted and didn't want. She asked many questions also to make sure of what our expectations were. Meanwhile the cleaning was going on and being checked by Rita at the same time. She noticed some things right away and had them corrected. One example was a bathroom floor that is black ceramic and showed streaking. She told the person who cleaned it to do it over but without any product in the cleaning water. And, viola, no more streaks. Rita also noticed some streaking on one of the bathroom mirrors and had that taken care of also. Rita then made out a check-list for each room with what and how things were to be done. This list was quite detailed and also included her cost for a once a monthly cleaning fee. All in all, Rita is very thorough and business-like. Liked her a lot. Recently spoke to her again to arrange for the once a month cleaning. The cost is a bit more than I was used to, but the results were outstanding, and that is what really counts. This was the best cleaning my home ever received. I could not find a speck of dust anywhere. The women employed by Rita really know what they are doing and do it well. Rita emphasized that if anything is not to our liking to let her know and the problem will be rectified. I believe her. Great owner and company.

Great work - team of 6 people. Hired them on to do twice monthly house cleaning because I liked the service so much.

Rita & Cecelia made our house shine again. They arrived early, discussed what I wanted them to focus on and then, got to work! They were amazing. My husband was so pleased with the cleaning in the bathrooms and I was equally amazed at the renewed look of the slate in our foyer. They are so professional and I have already scheduled them to come in and do their "magic" on our great room and bedrooms. They are OUTSTANDING!

I explained that I had two coupons. I had originally purchased one using my friend's membership. Then, when I saw how reasonable the membership was, I decided to just purchase my own membership. I didn't think one coupon would be adequate for the work I wanted done. I have three floors. I explained to the owner that I had two vouchers ( I know that sometimes you can only redeem one). She did not have a problem with that said I could use both. I explained what I wanted done, including all of the closets cleaned. I made it clear that I wanted all the closets cleaned on all three floors. I asked her to please call me when they were through because I wanted to know if you were finished or not ( I wasn't living there at the time) and if they were not finished, I would schedule a second date to use the second voucher and finish the job. She NEVER called me back. None of the closets on the third floor were cleaned. Also, the cabinets in my kitchen were dirty and greasy (I had some bad tenants) I ended up just doing all the cabinets myself. This was months ago, the owner Never called me back, no follow-through. The job was not completed and I had to re-do all the kitchen cabinets myself. They did do a nice job on the windows. They were very punctual. They were pleasant and had a good attitude. J. Becker

This is our second cleaning with this service, and although it needs a few tweaks, I think it's going well. The cleaners are prompt, polite, and do a good job, though I'll need to point out a couple of items which need attention. The owner is very nice and scheduled around our needs. I'm pleased with them and hope they continue to do such a nice job.

Golden Maid has done my twice a month cleaning for a couple of years, so when I sold my house, I asked Rita to do a move out cleaning. They cleaned out the appliances, all shelves, mopped all floors, swept the garage, etc. They did such a good job the buyers called my realtor after the pre-closing walk-through just to tell him to pass on to me that the place was so clean and they really appreciated it and they wanted to thank me. And up to that point these had been really difficult-to-please buyers! I am moving out of Rita's service area and I am very sad to lose her.

I contacted the provider by email and received a prompt response. After a week or so went by and I hadn't followed up, they checked in with me to see if there were any questions they could answer. I contacted Rita on May 5th and asked if she could schedule something that week. She was able to schedule a 9 hour cleaning session during the time requested. I purchased the 6 hour cleaning package plus purchased some additional time. They arrived on time with three cleaning professionals. They did a GREAT job cleaning and were very respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others seeking a professional cleaning service.

The actual apartment cleaning went very well. The team was professional and did good work. The only suggestion for improvement was how things were scheduled. After scheduling the service I received calls that suggested that they had not written down when it was scheduled.

I have had one time cleaners in the past but have to say Golden Maid has definitely been the best thus far! Their attention to detail was noticeable! Noticeable because such things as corners, vents, cabinet doors, closet floors, etc. were never touched by other cleaning companies but Golden Maids made sure all were clean. Rita got the ladies started and came back to check work and help with cleaning. My plan is to continue with this cleaning service on a once a month basis. All expectations were met and exceeded! .

I have been using Golden Maid since I moved to Milwaukee in October 2013. (Rita had been recommended by a friend.) They did a deep cleaning when I first moved in -- FANTASTIC. I have a ranch style condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full-baths, kitchen, living/dining room and laundry room. I now use them once a month to stay on top of the big cleaning jobs. My favorite day is coming home to a sparkling house on their cleaning day each month!!!!! THANK YOU Rita and crew!!!!!! :)

Golden Maid LLC passed my wife's standards, and that is not an easy task so in my opinion they were good. The did a very good job, my wife even said they did it as well as she would have. The owner came out at the end and walked through it with me. They did what they were paid to do. I would use them again.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That went excellent. They were very prompt. They were very effective. We had people come in and clean the house she did a wonderful job.

We purchased this because we just finished remodeling our kitchen and wanted a professional service to clean very well. They showed up on time and brought a team that split up and took different areas of the house. They did a very good job including the bathrooms. They did not stay six hours which was fine because they brought extra people to do the work. We normally do our own house cleaning so I probably won't buy the service again, but if we ever do another remodel, I would consider Golden Maid again.

We just bought our home and wanted some cleaning done before we moved in. Three workers came to our house, 1 worked just on the bathroom, the other 2 did the other projects. One of the jobs we wanted done was to clean the woodwork (baseboards, windowsills, built in shelves). There were a couple of windows that were not done at all, and others that were done poorly (dirt in the corners, in the locks). They claimed to have washed down the walls (I was in the next room over, not directly supervising), but it took so little time I have to question if they did, or at the very least, the quality of the work. I know that there were still cobwebs in a couple corners that I noticed later, as well as some marks left on a wall. The bathroom was pretty clean, although there were some areas that could have used more work.

They did a fairly good job. There were four people including the owner of the company and it didn't take them long to finish the job. However, I thought the price was high for what they did.

Everything went really good. They did a very thorough job. I was pleased with their services and would use them again in the future.

I called and gave them short notice but they were great about my schedule. They came on time and were done pretty fast. There was some confusion about the billing in the end but even with that they were nice and polite. We got it all resolved and i would call them again.
