Well, it started out good. There was four women with their supplies. I left them alone so they could get to work. I was really looking forward to this. I used to clean homes and I would have loved an empty house like this to clean. Well, they came outside a couple hours later. I paid them extra because they were their longer than I paid for. I also gave, them all a tip. They left and I entered the house and I was expecting to smell ,oh, maybe a nice fragrance. But no nothing. I looked around and it looked pretty much the same as I left it. They definitely did not wipe the floor in the bathroom. There were small particles that were their before. Many drawerers were missed. The wood floors in the front room might have been dry mopped. Well, I was very upset and called them . They assured me that they would have the ladies come back. They did and a very nice man from the office came to see just what was the problem. They did some things over and left. There were a few excuses made , but atleast they came and tried to correct the problems.

Rita reached out to me right away when I bought the deal. I did not get back to her timely and she followed up again to make sure the time she said would work. That was a nice reminder I owed her a response. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would. This was my first time having a cleaning service so Rita walked around and asked what I expected to be done and what they would do. I went to my basement and they got busy 2 1/2 hours later they were done and she walked me around to show what they had done. There was a piece of jewelry that a stone came loose and fell off. It was no fault of them cleaning, Rita made sure she pointed it out. That was nice so I could fix it quickly. I had a follow up question and she responded very quickly. I am looking to use them on a regular basis. I was very happy with their service. My house has never been so clean!!!

Rita at Golden Maid was wonderful to work with. I needed help cleaning my home in preparation for my daughter's wedding that next weekend. I wanted to take advantage of their Big Deal, but wanted to make sure they could do it in my time frame. Rita assured me they could come out that Wednesday morning, so I bought the deal. On Wednesday, 4 young women arrived, armed with their supplies and ready to work. Very high energy!! I stayed out of their way by cutting the grass! Rita also arrived to go over details of what was to be cleaned. Before I knew it, they had finished all the areas to be cleaned: bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, bath and a half, basement stairs, floors. They cleaned glass cabinet doors, windows, outside door, fans. All the chrome was shinier than ever, and my kitchen sink hasn't looked this good since it was new!! They worked carefully and provided high attention to detail. I have to admit, my curiosity got the better of me and I did a finger check for dust around the house, and they passed every check!!! Before selecting Golden Maid, I read the reviews, and I think some people are misunderstanding the 6 hours of cleaning. We had four young women here for an hour and a half. That adds up to 6 "woman" hours of cleaning. Or it could be 2 people for 3 hours, or 3 people for 2 hours. It does not mean whoever shows up will be there for 6 hours, unless of course, it's only one person. I am so pleased with the results!! I would absolutey call Rita again if I need help in the future!

They arrived on time a did a thorough deep cleaning of the top two floor of my house. I'm strongly considering them hiring them to be my regular cleaning service.

Well, I wouldn't use the provider again, they cost me more money after they cleaned. I had to call someone to steam clean carpets because one of the girls tracked an ink-like substance all over my office and living room. The cleaning was midland fair, I clean better, and they are the professionals. One of the girls dropped my rose quartz crystal on my newly remodeled bathtub, cracking the soap dish that was part of the tile of the tile work. The supervisor offered to send someone to repair it, which was handled the very next day. Problem is that the guy put it on the wall "crooked" rather obviously. It now looks terrible. The crooked angle is so obvious, I wish I had watched him place it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them,

There were 4 cleaners and the owner. They were very fast and efficient. The owner was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated how quickly they were able to clean the whole house.

We have used Golden Maids for quite awhile now and find that their cleaning service has been excellent and working with Rita as far as scheduling and willingness to accommodate changes has really been outstanding. We highly recommend Rita and her crew - - - you wont be dissapointed !!

I think that Rita and her team were very thorough with their cleaning of the rooms we asked them to. I think they certainly touched on things we hadn't thought of, which was great. My only issue with Rita was her delivery of the pricing. We purchased an Angie's List Deal and had arranged our appointment a few weeks in advance. Rita told me the day prior she would have five members of her team come to help but failed to mention that the $179.00 that was paid, which the deal was for six hours, would only pay for five members for approx. 1.5 hours. We ended up having to pay more for her services and her delivery wasn't very empathetic of our concern. As a consumer I feel that I was led to believe that she would have the team come to ensure that my home was cleaned in an effective and efficient manner, not that I would have to pay more. The additional $52.00 I had to pay, while not a large amount, wasn't spoken about until the services were done and she was writing up her bill, and after she completed her estimate for my home moving forward. Based on her team's ability to clean, which was really the task at hand, I would absolutely hire her again. Unfortunately the lack of communication on the cost will prevent me from using her services again and recommending her to anyone else.

I called two other providers on the list and got an answering machine for one and the other could not fit me in for several weeks. When I called Rita at Golden Maid, she found me an open afternoon the following week, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Three women came and thoroughly cleaned the first floor of the house: three bedrooms, living room, dining room, bath and a half. Two women came initially and did the kitchen/bathroom work, including wiping down inside all of the kitchen cabinets. The third woman joined them a bit later to help with the other rooms. All three of them were very hard workers and I could see that they cared about providing good service. They brought all their own cleaning products and equipment. And when they left, all of the furniture and the floors had a nice shine. I felt like the amount they charged was fair and well deserved. The total cost included 8.5 hours for all three women combined. This is the first time I've hired a cleaning service, and it was a positive experience. I might have to think about a cleaning service for my own house!

It went wonderfully!! Just one week before Golden Maids came, our bathroom renovation was completed. The renovation was a three-month project that left cement grit all over the floors and furniture of our ranch home. (We foolishly failed to cover our furniture before renovation began.) Golden Maids did a fabulous job of cleaning for us. When they left, our home was immaculate. We were extremely pleased!

They were extremely professional, on time, listened to my priorities of what to clean first and left the place sparkling. Highly recommend.

Four ladies, nice enough but deep cleaning I would not call it. A good general cleaning yes. I had asked that the stairs be done and I'm not sure they where. The kitchen walls were not wiped down or soap tray in bathroom (not used for soap) those things I think of as a deep cleaning. Cleaners nice enough, maybe I didn't understand what a deep cleaning is defined as. As a general cleaning I would recommend and certainly 4 people gets them out of your house faster which is nice.

Golden Maids promptly arrived an immediately (bringing their own supplies) started cleaning. Rita arrived to check on the team r and inspect the overall process. The ladies with detailed, efficient, professional, and polite. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be using their services again, on a monthly basis!

They did pretty well. They were here for the whole 4 hours. They seem to be courteous. I would have them come back again.

Rita did a great job communicating expectations of what would be done and making sure her team got started right away. Her team was friendly and hard working. I was impressed with their work and would highly recommend them. Good quality and good value from Golden Maid.

Rita came early with her crew to make sure everything got done right. They were very careful and the house looks amazing! I got a monthly quote from them and will be using them again!

Rita arrived early, and she brought with her four ladies, who started cleaning immediately. I have a 1100 sq.ft. home with seven rooms. They had no trouble completing the whole house within the six hours we purchased. I really appreciated the quick and thorough service, as I am 40 weeks pregnant. It's getting difficult for me to clean as thoroughly as I like. Plus, I plan to labor at home as long as possible before going to the hospital when this baby finally decides to be born, so I wanted it to be very clean. All the rooms passed the finger-dust test, and I was especially impressed by the deep cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. Our bathtub has never been cleaner. The inside of the fridge, oven, and microwave, as well as the stove top were sparkling clean. The only minor problem was that exterior of the stainless steel kitchen appliances were not cleaned. It seemed that was overlooked. The Golden Maids did a great job overall. I would definitely hire them again, and I just might arrange for another cleaning for right after the baby comes!

That’s pretty good. They were okay. Everything went okay. It stayed within the budget.

4I was supposed to get 6 hours of cleaning. I told the supervisor that I didn't know how long it would take the three primary projects that I had but if they were finished early, I would have them do more cleaning in the kitchen. I had the assurances from the supervisor that when they were finished with the three primary areas to let me know and they could work on the other area until their time was finished. Once the supervisor left, the workers finished cleaning the three areas and packed up and left. I tried to communicate with them but I don't know that much spanish. They felt they had done only what they had to do and there was little I could do. I felt that I paid them for about an hours worth of time that I did not receive any cleaning services. I would not use them again even though I felt the areas that they did clean were nicely done. Also, they did not move anything when dusting.

It turned out well and I didn’t have any complaints. They sent 2 cleaners out to do the job. The scheduling was easy and they were flexible.

4 women showed up on time and did a nice job of cleaning every room of the home. It was more than a surface cleaning but not quite a deep cleaning. They even cleaned in each cabinet and closet. All of the ladies knew their assigned tasks and got right at it. They were completed in no time and seemed to be happy to do a good job.

Team arrived on time, cleaned large house, vacuumed carpets, washed floors, dusted, due to sq footage did not get fridge cleaned.

They left the house spotless! Great job!

It was a new built on a house that we built, and they did a really good job. The price was spot on, and there wasn't anything above and beyond the big deal price.
