Rita came over and gave a free detailed estimate, was extremely friendly and professional. Today we had our Deep Cleaning, and I am truly amazed at the quality of work her team performed. Customer service was exceptional. I could not be more pleased with the results!

Recently, the corner of a bathroom ceramic floor tile and that of a slate hearth tile were chipped which I did not notice for a while after they finished, so I haven't mentioned it and can't say for sure, yet it may have been from a metal vacuum attachment? Otherwise, they've always been excellent and very gracious, but are getting harder to book for seasonal cleanings if you're not a regular customer. Wish I could have them every month.

I first contacted Rita for a one time deep cleaning in preparation for selling our home. Her team did a fantastic job and she worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Once we were settled in our new home, I contacted her to test out bi-weekly cleaning. Rita communicates well and walked through my entire house with me to ensure that she understood exactly what my expectations are. I've been using them for the last 6 months or so and I highly recommend. Four women come every other week and work, quickly and hard to clean the areas that I have identified I want done. She works hard to ensure her clients are satisfied. I do find myself picking up and making sure that everything is super organized before my appointment. Her team dusts, wipes down, cleans bathrooms, and mops floors. She is also very trustworthy and I don't think twice about having them there when I'm not home.

lFirst of all, all communication was prompt and scheduling difficulties were accommodated. A team of four came, and after consulting with the manager in charge, all went to work their separate ways....even the manager joined in because she wanted me to have all that I wanted completed. I was happy with everything! My floors felt and looked wonderful and the bathrooms sparkled. After the great experience I had I want to have them come on a regular basis! Highly recommend!

I was told that they don't service properties in my area I am 6mins from downtown Milwaukee. Their web site indicates they service greater Milwaukee but obviously their web site is false and misleading . Very disappointed.

Well, she was really nice, but did not clean very thoroughly. The bathroom floor appeared to be totally skipped and there were dust bunnies and such on the corner of the rooms. Things were not moved such as a light air mattress, to clean behind it. Also cob webs were left in the corner of the dining room ceiling, and the wall behind the stove was missed.
