Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 8 hours of cleaning. They did a nice job and were punctual and quick. The only issue was that I asked them to clean something in particular, they said ok, and then I realized it wasn't done after they left. I think it was a language issue.

+ -1 moreRita is very professional and dependable. She always comes right on time, every time. Due to my work schedule I do not have time to clean the house very much. Rita and her assistant always make it sparkle every time. They do a very thorough cleaning of the entire house. I always look forward to coming home after Rita has been here because it is so clean. She brings all her own cleaning supplies and cleans everything so well. She does not need to use cleaners with heavy smells to make the house SEEM clean because it IS clean, Rita and her assistant also put up with our slightly crazy dog in the house. I trust Rita and her crew very much and would definitely recommend her.
Description of Work: Rita has been cleaning our house for at least a year. She and her assistant provide a complete cleaning of all areas of the house twice month.;

She works well around my busy schedule, as she provides an excellent quality of service with an affordable rate. Rita service includes vacuuming, moping, sweeping, dusting and much more. She comes to my house twice a month and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend her.
Description of Work: Living areas including, dusting vacuuming, mopping floors. In bathroom she cleaned- shower, bathtub, toilet, vanities, mirrors, vacuuming and moping the floor. Kitchen, she cleaned counter tops, appliances from outside, sink, kitchen cabinets whipped, vacuum and mop the floor. She also cleaned the fingerprints from windows and sliding doors.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Rita and her service. She and an assistant work for 3-4 hours every time she comes and she is thorough and professional, taking great pride in her work. She really knows her surfaces and what should be used to clean well. My wood floors have never looked so good! She brings her own supplies and does great old-fashioned cleaning, not relying on powders and sprays to give the illusion of clean. Rita always arrives on time or lets me know when her schedule changes. She is flexible when times need to be adjusted. Obviously, I would highly recommend her!

+ -1 moreGreat! We have been hiring them for these services for about six months now and they do an excellent job every time. They are very professional and also friendly, nice people. They pay attention to detail when cleaning all surfaces of the house - they are respectful of household items and offer advice to care for items when appropriate. They are efficient at completing the work and are accommodating with scheduling as well. We are very happy to have found them and always pleased with the job they do - we will absolutely continue to hire them for services on a regular basis.
Description of Work: Complete housecleaning - all three floors: main floor, second floor, basement. Cleaned all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, laundry room. Included vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, scrubbing etc., and anything else you can think of required in a complete cleaning.

+ -1 moreRita is very punctual, yet she will arrange her schedule if something comes up. She works hard and is a very busybee for about three hours. She brings her own cleaning supplies. We have a multi-pet household, Rita works well with several cats watching her!
Description of Work: Rita comes to our home every other week for general cleaning. She gives a thorough itemized list of what she will do on her first visit and follows up exactly as promised. We pay $150.00 every two weeks and it is well worth the money. She will take on additional tasks such as watering the plants.
