This house is a challenge. The did a fantastic job. This was right before Thanksgiving. They called the day before to let me know exactly when they would be here, were prompt and thorough. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They came within two days, cleaned many hours longer than they expected and made my house perfect for my overseas relatives to come the next day. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Outstanding.

The two women who came to my house were wonderful. Very friendly and I could tell they wanted to do a good job. They scrubbed my floors, washed the inside windows and cleaned the bathrooms. I didn't realize how dirty our windows were until after they cleaned them! And, I don't think the bathrooms have ever been this clean! They did fantastic work and I will definitely work with them again.

I purchased a discounted 4 hour deep clean through an Angie's List Best Deal. We had an appointment set up for around noon, but they called the day before to delay the visit two hours due to vehicle troubles. Didn't bother me at all since I was around for the afternoon. They were very friendly and efficient, and my kitchen has not been this clean since we moved in. They cleaned several rooms in the time they had and I'd like to get them back to finish the rest of the house soon!

I had them come for "Big Deal" cleaning and then they returned to complete the entire house.

It has been a great experience. They are very nice and they clean really well. Rosa, the manager, is very easy to get a hold of - good to deal with.

They are very good and very responsive. The first time she came out to do the work for the Big Deal, I signed up to do continued business with her. The most recent time they sent out some different employees and, though they did a good job, I didn’t like how they did work. The owner does a really good job cleaning, but the other employees (when the owner isn’t there) do fair to decent. The owner is very pleasant and professional.

Rita and her associate were great! They were responsive, clear in asking what I wanted done (how much? how little? methods preferred?) and totally professional in every way. I am going to use her to clean my unit of the duplex on a regular basis.

They did a great job and I'll hire them in the future. As soon as I can make it work with my schedule, I'll have them come once a month.

The were on time, and did everything I asked properly and efficiently.

While the crew arrived approximately 20 minutes late (not too concerning), they quickly set to work cleaning our bathrooms and dusting the house. The ladies were very efficient and the quality of cleaning met expectations. They took the time to dust in areas that we didn't necessarily expect, but areas that needed it. Importantly, I was able to work the entire time they were in the home.

Before the team arrived, they asked for a priority list - which rooms we wanted done first, second, etc. This was the first time my mother's house had been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. The team started and went through our list, though didn't get to all of the rooms because of the time limit in the offer. They deep cleaned the bathrooms first and wiped down all surfaces, cleaned the shower and tub, sinks and floor, dusted all windows areas, in general, gave the rooms a thorough cleaning. They went on to the master bedroom and hallway. Again, dusting, moving small items on dressers, I think moving small pieces of furniture when vacuuming. The living room has two large bookcases with lots of small pieces - picture frames, knick-knacks, etc. Every piece was moved to dust the shelves completely. The floors were dusted and vacuumed. My mother wants to have them back periodically to clean. We both thought the team was professional and thorough.

While I was glad to see the kitchen so clean, I was dismayed to see my bathroom still grungy. It's hard for me to get down on my knees anymore to do justice to the bathrooms, and I was really looking forward to having someone else do that for me. I don't know if I would hire them again, if they do what they choose to do instead of what I want done. I don't know if they touched the floors, or maybe just dust mopped.

Because I bought 4 hours of cleaning, I though it would be one person for 4 hours, but I was told on the phone it would be 2 hours, with 2 people. I would have preferred 1 person. The owner was one of the 2 people that came, and she was very professional and confident, assuring me that the house would be done to my specifications. The 2 of them worked hard for the 2 hours, and I was extremely pleased with the results. I cleaned houses when I was younger, and I know that I have high standards. I had back surgery and could not possibly clean my house, but having someone else do it was a definite adjustment in thinking for me. When they were done and gone, I walked through the house and could not find anything that they left out. My "one-person" cleaning preference was not at all important as it turned out. I highly recommend Golden Maid and would have them back in a minute!

I called Rita on a Thursday, and she was able to schedule and appointment for early Monday morning. She and her assistant did an excellent job of cleaning, better than I had expected. Rita was very professional and pleasant to work with. She provided her own equipment and supplies. I agreed to have her come back once monthly to keep my home in good order. I was delighted with all aspects of the service I received.

Two good-natured women arrived on time and did a great job in just a little over 2 hours. They did things that I did not expect them to do, such as dusting framed pictures on the walls. As they were walking out the door they were checking for spots they might have missed on the floors. We could tell that these were two women who know how to clean and care about the job they do!

Wow!!! Wow!!! Golden Maids did a truly wonderful job., period. What else can I say?

The reason I am giving them a B is because basically because when they showed up they asked us what we wanted them to do. They wanted specific instructions about what needed to be cleaned and what they should do first. As a result of that they didn’t have time to clean the entire house.; since my wife asked them to clean the bathroom and do dusting, we didn’t get to all areas of the home cleaned. We really wanted them to come in and take charge, but we had to give them directions. They did a good job cleaning, they just spent a little too much time on certain areas.

When I spoke to Rita about when she would come out to clean, she asked that I make a list of priorities as to what I wanted cleaned, and that they would mark off everything they got to. She came while we were at work and when we got home, it was like waking up from a wonderful dream! The house was so clean. They had gone through every item on my list including the ones I noted ("if time, then...") PLUS a room I told her not to even bother with as it was a total disaster. She still vacumed the walking path through it and I think she may have even dusted the shelves in there. I will admit my expectations were low as we'd had cleaners come through before we moved into our house and it was like they hadn't even been there. Well, Golden Maid has now set a new and very high standard for us. Although her prices are fair, we are not in a position to add that expense. If we were (and I hope someday we are!), we would be hiring RIta, no question. Thanks, Rita!!

They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I was so pleased, I have asked Rita to come back and deep clean the rest of my home! I've also arranged for them to clean my home every two weeks. Rita is very professional and understanding. She is also very proactive. I am a busy working mother, and it is not always easy to get in touch with me. But Rita has always been consistent with touching base and I appreciate her diligence. I look forward to Golden Maid clean my home for a very long time.
