Rita and her crew were right on time, got right to work, and went above and beyond to complete the job. The cleaning required of the house was lot more work than I estimated because the house had been empty for 3 years, but Rita's crew took care of everything. Excellent job! Highly recommend.

Called for appointment, set date and time. Showed up on time and completed the job very professionally and got more cleaned than I expected.

Only needed a limited amount of areas cleaned so I would have expected it to be well cleaned. Not so. Very disappointed.

This is the second time I've used this company for cleaning, and continue to be very satisfied. Rita and her staff are prompt, flexible and very thorough. Would definitely purchase their services again.

I expect a service company to be more responsive to a customer's needs. They are expensive and for the amount they charged, a customer should not have to follow up on the service.

Everything was very good; they showed up a few minutes early as I asked; Rita called me 30 minutes before so I was expecting them. It all worked out great.

Margarita is really good. The work turned out great, they did a really good job, they were very thorough. I've used her once before through Angie's List, and they did a deep clean on our house. it was really expensive but really good work. It was outstanding. Then we saw she had a deal on Angie's List and we jumped on it. It wasn't as thorough as the first cleaning, but it was much less expensive.

It was fine, they did a good job.

Scheduled the appointment. They were timely and helped make our house acceptable for visitors. I will use them again.

They did an excellent job; very detailed! My mom and sister were so impressed they are also going to contact Goldenmaid too!

They were a little late, but not a huge deal. They did get right to work asked for clarification on instructions and were very polite. After I left there appeared to be an issue with the toilet continuously running and water leaked all over the floor and into the basement. They called immediately to let us know what had happened, but didn't clean up all the water in the basement. Again, not a big deal as I was able to take care of it in a couple of minutes when I returned. The reason I gave my experience a C is because while much of the house did get cleaned to satisfaction, there were a few areas, that were half done. There were some baseboard that looked as though they hadn't been touched at all, and there was still some grime in the freezer and fridge. For the price I paid to have the house cleaned, I would have expected a more thorough job of the areas I specifically pointed out that they clean. I'm not upset, just a little disappointed, and would likely not hire this company again in the future.

The owner (Rita) returned my first call right away and was able to come when I needed her. They were prompt on both occasions and were very professional.

The scheduler was very diligent about making sure that we were agreed on the time and called to remind me the day before. Unfortunately, the maids got the address wrong and so they had trouble finding me, which made them a little late, but this was their first time here, so it was understandable. Once here they basically cleaned the house from top to bottom. They were able to clean the entire 1600 sq. ft in the 4 hours plus clean the inside of my refrigerator. They were efficient and diligent.

Two very pleasant, energetic young women did a very thorough job to my complete satisfaction. they were also very accomodating in rescheduling my appointment and I would certainly use them again.

We paid $89 for the big deal in June for 4 hours of deep cleaning and we didn't realized that it expired in December. We didn't get a chance to use it before it expired, so I contacted Rita at Golden Maid 5 days after it expired to see what we could get for what we paid for the coupon. Here is her response: I am sorry to tell you that you can not use the coupon any more. You have purchased the coupon June 27th and it was expired December 24th. You emailed me December 29th. If you need help with cleaning let us know, we will be delighted to come and help you with that. Happy New Year. Sincerely, Rita My understanding is that although the deal expired, the amount we paid for the deal towards the company does not expire. However, it does not sound like that is the way this deal works! Buyers beware!

I actually bought a "deal" on Angie's List for the company. With the holidays and working, my house had become an absolute disaster! I called Rita on Thursday night and she returned my call right away and scheduled me for Christmas eve day! They were very prompt and provided all the products for cleaning. Amazing job!!

It went well. However when I asked for a quote for ongoing cleaning their quote was higher than what I had been quoted before.

They arrived around the scheduled time. Instead of one person for 4 hours we received 2 people for two hours each (we ended up purchasing another hour because they couldn't finish what we wanted done in 2 hours). This was an overall house cleaning after having some renovations done the previous 3 months in our upstairs; this was a deeper house cleaning than usual). They were responsive when they were asked to focus on certain areas. Overall pleased.

They arrived on time, cleaned the home starting with what we felt was most important, and then did additional areas as they had time.

It was a very good experience. One of the things that I appreciated about her was that they are very good with phone contact. With my schedule, we had to work out a time for them to be here. They are very good about working out a schedule. My only comment would be that they don’t work on weekends, which may be inconvenient for a working person. They really did a deep cleaning and moved things around to clean. They found things that I hadn’t seen in a while. They don’t just go around, but they went under and behind to clean.

They arrived within 10 minutes of the expected time, and once we told them what we wanted they got right to work with the polishing. We had contracted for two hours, and they finished it all very nicely, and still had time to polish the furniture also. Our primary purpose was to get all the woodwork and paneling done, as we had fireplace mantel, window seats, open staircase, paneling, moulding, all around the whole first floor. They were able to finish all that and also had time to do the wooden pantry and all the furniture. They did an excellent job, and it looks great!

It was very easy to set up an appointment for 4 hours of deep housecleaning with the owner of Golden Maid LLC, Rita Coka. She and her assistant arrived at our home on time and after looking at my priority list of what to clean, they went immediately to work. They brought all their cleaning supplies with them. Everything I requested was done perfectly, and I am thrilled with the result! The kitchen was cleaned-floor to ceiling- and the room is spotless! The same goes for the bathrooms. With the remaining time they cleaned our family room and walls/ceilings elsewhere in the house. I am looking forward to employing Golden Maid service in the future.

I purchased the four hour housecleaning for $99 coupon from Angie's List. The two women came and spent two hours cleaning the house. Since it was just a four hour coupon, they specifically wanted to know what I wanted to be done. I had them focus on the bathrooms and the floors. They cleaned the bathrooms extensively, working especially on the shower (the thing I hate to do). They still had some time left over so they dusted my house and vacuumed the stairs. While this wasn't a whole house cleaning, they did a good job and were extremely polite and hardworking. I gave them a B for punctuality only because they couldn't find my house and were about 15 minutes late, but they were very apologetic. I would hire them again. They were very nice ladies and they did a thorough job. It was a great value!
