They were prompt and they were very thorough and do a great job.

No work provided. Was unable to make contact with company. The reviewing system requires that I give an "overall" grade while I can give the other individual options a N/A. I don't think it's fair to have to grade the overall since I was unable reach the company, but I had no choice in order to leave the review.

Rita and her crew did a great job cleaning our house. Price was fair , good attention to detail , they were there when they said they would be , and the result was awesome. I would definitely recommend Rita's company to others !!

Friendly service with good attention to detail. Used bi-monthly and did not like that crew changed frequently. Would much prefer to have same cleaners each time.

Golden Maid did a great job! My only disappointments were that I had to pay extra for the kitchen to be cleaned, even though it was near the top of my list... and that they used my cleaning products instead of their own.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. They had a set number of hours, they brought a crew of 4 people out, and the deal was for 3 hours. I have worked with them for them to be coming to my house regularly. They were very accommodating, they did a good job. They had a lot to deal with. I had a cleaning lady that I had worked with for 20 years, and she is getting older, and she is doing less and less well. I brought them in and said that they would do deep cleaning a couple of times every years, and she said that she couldn't believe I had someone who cleaned my house every week, and she did it this bad. So the old lady didn't do much dusting and remove the dust, and so they were there doing all the dusting, and getting the dust off of the flowers, dusting every little trinket in the room, and going under the bed, she got out all the dog hair from under the bed. My husband made a commend when he came home, although they cleaned only 3 rooms, that it smells and feels clean in here. They were down on their hands and knees working hard. The crew worked as a team, and they have worked together for a long time, so every body knew what their task would be, and Rita, who is the owner was there directing them, and advising them. I was very pleased with the service, otherwise I would have not called them again. I think the price was good for the number of people who came out and the work that they did. The only thing that was negative was that I felt maybe she was trying to sell me to do the rest of the house, and maybe if they weren't looking to set up a full time relationship, they wouldn't have done such a good job. Overall, I can't complain about the work. The girls were good, some of the girls didn't know what product to use on what, there seemed to be a little bit of confusion, but the owner was there to direct them.

It was so-so. I don't want to have to follow someone around my house just to make sure they do a good job. If someone is going to do my bathrooms I don't want dust on the baseboards. When I tried to make an appointment I think the head person was out of town and I had to go through someone else, but there was crying in the background and it just didn't seem professional. I wasn't impressed, but I did appreciate the way they were trying to check out things since I haven't used Angie's List too often. My husband paid for the service, but I also wrote a check because I wasn't sure and couldn't remember how we were supposed to pay. I gave the cleaning lady a printout from the computer and also gave her a check. I thought that was what I was supposed to do, but the guy got me my check back very quickly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I still use them and they're great. They have remained consistent throughout which to me was huge because I can't stand coming home and not even knowing if somebody had been there. That is what I really like about them. They are very conscientious. The owner is very responsive. When we were moving out of the house, they actually went above and beyond to do the clean out for us. He was just great, I have no complaints.

I purchased the service for myself and it took a few phone calls and messages to connect for an appointment. When we did actually talk the owner told me I was too far away for her to drive therefore I could get a refund but I chose to give the service to my Mom for Christmas as she lived in an acceptable area. My Mom was very happy with her cleaning services but I was disappointed I didn't get to use her because I really needed it. Nowhere in her advertisement did it say there was a restricted amount of miles for useage so next time I contract with Angie's List I will verify the area.

An OK job. But they just did the basics, and then left early (paid for certain number of hours of cleaning). They could easily have stayed the extra half hour and done more of the nooks and crannies. Not that I wouldn't use them again, but the price would have to be right, and we'd need an understanding of what I'm paying for and what they're delivering for the money.

Purchased a on-line deal through Angie's list. Called Golden Maid a number of times to arrange service. The provider was either not available or too busy.

First of all, let me say that Rita is a wonderful person to work with. I had to go beyond the time frame of the coupon I had purchased on Angie's List and she had no problem with that. She accommodated my every request and the three cleaners arrived on time on the date I requested. Rita also came to give instructions to the girls and to check to see that my priorities were fulfilled. The cleaners worked very hard and completed every task, and with a little time left to spare, they cleaned other areas that were not on my priority list. I really appreciated that. They did a great job and I am very pleased with their work! I will definitely hire Golden Maid again and plan to use them on a regular basis.

They were on time and professional but got done very quickly and the estimate for cleaning without the coupon was a little high I thought.

They did an ok job. I feel like the ad for the big deal was a little misleading....it was supposed to be 4 hours of deep cleaning for the price...and it turned out to be 2.5 hours. I ended up going with another provider - Maid Brite -- for a long term contract.

Not only were they pleasant and professional, but I've NEVER had my place cleaned so thoroughly or with such attention to detail.

My home was wonderfully cleaned. Attention was paid to details and the ladies worked very efficiently. I have Golden Maid, LLC cleaning my home every other week now. Carmen is the leader of the team that cleans my home and each of the ladies is great. The kitchen and bathroom are spotless and smell fresh. Window sills and baseboards are dusted and cobwebs are gone. My home is clean. Golden Maid, LLC is not the least nor most expensive cleaning service. But as an admittedly really picky person, Golden Maid, LLC have, so far, been the best for me. I can no longer clean my own home because of illness but still like a clean house. Golden Maid, LLC delivers what they promise.

They were very punctual and courteous. They did a very good job. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and excellent price.

I purchsed their big deal for large house deep cleaning for $180. The owner called me right away after i left message to them. I told the owner that i have a single family house 2330 square feet with one full bathroom and one half bathroom. I would need house cleaned, one car garge and basement sweeped. All house are hardwood floor. The owner told me it is OK and she she will send 3 crew with 2 hours. they then called me back in a few days change schedule back and forth several times. We were OK with that because my husband is at home for his break for that week. on the day of work, they first send 2 people on time, about 1 hour later, the owner send another one here. They spent about additional 1.5 hour at my house. Then they left. after they left, the basement left untouched. the trim for the first floor is not left untouched. there is still comb web on the first floor. Another thing we were unhappy when they clean the hardwood floor, they use mop with water still dripping to clean the floor. overall, they are very low efficient. does not worth the money.

Women were punctual, helpful and responsive.

They showed up by 8am right on the nose, Rita and her crew of 3 cleaned our house from top to bottom, 3 full floors of living space. She did the deep initial cleaning which involves base boards, window blinds, under furniture and couch cushions, drapes, & ceiling fans in preparation for us to put in on the market for sale. They did a great and thorough job and were wonderful to work with. Rita especially is very sweet and strives to make sure her customers are happy. I booked her again for follow-up cleanings but never got the chance to use them again because our house sold within 2 weeks. I highly recommend!

They were very professional and did things that other cleaners missed. They did more then I expected (I.e vacuumed basement stairs). When I walked in the house it smelled clean, and looked great! I will totally be calling them back!

I purchased a Big Deal for housecleaning. I called and set an appointment for the cleaning. The cleaners arrived at the scheduled time and cleaned the house from top to bottom. They took care of everything on my list (basic cleaning of entire house) in the six hours of time I had purchased, and did a nice job.
