Description of Work: Have been going to Genesis for at least 10 years with services as significant as having custom rings designed (beautiful) to getting their opinion on estate pieces. Each time I'm there they buff up my rings (simple but very much appreciated extra). Janet and Chris are awesome and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Description of Work: We have bought two rings, (her wedding ring and his wedding ring), from Genesis. They were custom made rings and we just love them. They are very unique and made very very well. her wedding ring afetr two years, had a prong on the diamond break off. We took it back and they fixed it, with a better metat on the head of the ring and cleaned it. the wife feels it is better than when we got it new. They are very pleasant to work with and they are very helpful and friendily. They KNOW their business. They have and continue to check and clean and buff our rings whenever we stop at their shop, for free. We have also purchased handmade glasses for gifts and ourselves and we love those too! The only way we could possibly be happier would be if they gave us the items we like for free! (But that is not possible) We will buy from them in the future......hands down!

 + -1 moreI purchased a new diamond for my wedding ring from another jeweler. When my ring came back it was clearly mounted off center and the jeweler who did it refused to send it back to the goldsmith to have it adjusted so that the engagement diamond would be centered in between the arch of the wedding band and anniversary band. Their customer service was horrible and they told me that the diamond could be mounted 100 times and it would always be "off" because my ring was not perfectly symetrical. I took my ring into Genesis and spoke with Christopher Slade, one of the owners. He patiently listed to my story, saw how upset I was and told me he could fix my ring and that he could make it perfect. I was actually in tears in their store because I thought my wedding ring of 25 years was ruined. True to his word, my ring was ready in no time and it was perfect. And they refused to accept any payment for the repair! Chris said that my experience gave all jewelers a bad name and he had to fix it for me. In my subsequent trips to their store, their work is exqusite, custome made and really amazing. I will never trust another jeweler again, they have my business for life.
