He was able to temporarily fix leak from tub (faucet leaking again less than 6 months later) but could not move dishwasher. He repaired shut off valve for dishwasher and suggested we should contact a dishwasher repairman to have it removed.

Description of Work: I had my water heater replaced. Great service, came right away and explained exactly what work needed to,get done and why. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: They quickly assessed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and cleaned up afterwards. The work was completed in a professional manner by an employee that was friendly and took the time to explain the situation. He provided an estimate of hours to complete the work, which they stayed within and the hourly rate was fair and reasonable. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Nothing. Called on Sunday night and left message with answering service that I needed a plugged toilet fixed at one of my rental properties. By noon the next day, I had heard nothing. Called another company to have the device done.

Description of Work: I have always used Gene Wagner for all services in plumbing. I don't have dates or cost because it has been a while since I have needed them. I always call them as needed and they respond as soon as possible.

Description of Work: Call for a leaking bath tub drain. Came out within a hour all the parts replace short run drain works like new.

Description of Work: He replaces a broken shut off handle to the outside spigot with a better ball valve shutoff. He installed shut offs to the laundry tub where there were none. He replaced the leaky faucet with a very quality USA model on the laundry tub. and he replaced a mixing valve in my upstairs shower. |It all went very well.

Description of Work: I had wanted to have an old tub/shower faucet replaced. When the plumber (Jeff) arrived, he determined that the access panel in the kitchen would allow access only to the drain, not to the faucet. Replacing the faucet would require either removing a kitchen cabinet or tearing into the tiled tub wall. I hadn't planned on anything as extensive as that, but he said he could repair the old faucet instead, if I wanted him to, although the parts were fairly expensive. I'm always concerned about unexpected expenses, since the house is over a hundred years old, but he had the necessary parts in the truck, and finished the job very quickly and efficiently, with no further surprises. I'm completely satisfied and will certainly call again next time I need plumbing services.

Description of Work: Took apart my kitchen faucet, located a problem with my water heater very professional.

Description of Work: Had a 40 gallon hot water heater replaced. Old unit split and leaked. I had to shut it down. Called Wagner Plumbing at 7:40 a.m. Wagner plumber arrived at the house at 10:50 a.m. and finished at 12:15 p.m. Had a quality Rheem unit installed with a Building Permit pulled by Wagner. Old unit hauled away too. We needed a new hot water heater and Wagner responded. Will use again.
