Ok, faucet still squeels when turning on.

He was good. I had this service done before by another place, and the cost was higher. I liked their price and their responsiveness. I got in right away with them.

Tim did the onsite inspection. Arrived on time. Very pleasant. Never sent a quote for the work.

They did everything well. They’re very good and cleaned up well.

The customer service was very good. Jeff worked quickly to replace the incorrect spacer on our toilet that was causing the problem, and install a new spigot outside. He was done in less than two hours, and was friendly and professional.

Well - I now have a CD record of the sag and pitch,root invasion areas and general condition of my sewer main which occasionally needs to be cleaned of live roots to prevent back-ups.

Company telephoned to move appointment up from afternoon to late morning, which was very considerate. Karl arrived promptly and was most courteous and professional. He worked diligently to clear the root blockage. Work was performed in a professional manner and the process explained along the way, which was helpful.

These are fantastic people, They're punctual, they're curteous. If I have an issue, I call them and they fit me into their schedule. They've never disappointed me.

Fixed my problem. I have not gone to anybody else since then.

Tim Bykowski (Estimator) arrived at my house for the estimate on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 5:30PM. I was pleased that he showed up on-time since I left work early for the estimate. Tim asked me to write down my email address because he would be emailing me the quote. I did not receive a quote the following week so I sent an email to Tim on Friday, August 5, 2016 to inquire about the quote. He never responded. This was a complete waste of my time.

Very good job! Efficient, professional, and courteous. Since we are doing most of the work ourselves in our home renovation, he had some extra time to show us how to fix some leaky pipes in our basement.

They are very professional and had no problem with installing the new faucet.

Dave arrived on time, did the work quickly and was on his way. Couldn't have been a better circumstance. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, and resolved the issue quickly. I will use them again!

I received service the next day. They gave me an approximate time of arrival, but called several hours early and asked if someone could come in 15 minutes. Jeff was polite and efficient and fixed the problems.

Jeff came in a timely manner and seemed to have fixed the problems. Later in the afternoon I noticed there was still a problem in the downstairs bathroom. I phoned the company and the woman who answered the phone said she would talk to the plumber the next morning, and he would talk to the boss boss; they would decide what to do and I would get a call back. I never got a call back, so had to seek a solution elsewhere.

A complete mis-diagnose of the problem. The work he did didn't resolve the problem of water in the sub-basement and his guess as to why we had water was completely wrong. Fortunately we didn't let him destroy our basement floor. We had to call another plumbing company that found the real source of blockage and resolved it without replacing. We asked for a partial refund from Wagner since they didn't fix the problem and guessed wrong about the source of the problem. No refund was given. Don't use this company!

These folks are awesome! When you have an emergency you really are at the mercy of the service provider who shows up at your door. We consider ourselves very lucky to have been helped by Gene Wagner plumbing. Within a few minutes of our after-hours call, we were given the details of who would be coming out and when we could expect him to arrive. He arrived right on time, and fixed the problem quickly--we only needed to replace one part, rather than the entire water heater. He also gave us some helpful advice and info. News flash: calling any plumber for after-hours work is not the cheapest thing you will do in any given week. But the charges for their services were very reasonable, especially since they could have just told us we needed to replace the entire heater $$ and we wouldn't have known any better. We really appreciated the honesty. We will be replacing it in the next year or so, and they have won our business. It will be nice to do it under less stressful circumstances though! They also helped us with some work the next day unrelated to the water heater. Once again, the response was great, the plumber quickly resolved the issue and gave us some helpful advice, and the pricing was very fair given the quality and timeliness of service.

I just think that 120 dollars an hour is too high. I will be going elsewhere the next time I need a plumber.

Everyone was pleasant to deal with and very up front about all the costs involved since I wanted installation on a Saturday. The plumber was knowledgeable and answered several other plumbing questions and let me know where I could save some money. I definitely would use them in the future.

Fantastic experience all around. When I called, I didn't expect, "Okay, we'll see you in 15 minutes." Wow! The gentleman was right on time and very courteous, even got along great with the dog! Price was lower than I expected. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic work and service! The plumber (Dave Rotger) was knowledgeable and totally professional. He kept me informed of his progress throughout the process. As it required coming back a second day, he was here first thing the next day. We've used several different plumbers over the years but I believe we have found a "keeper"! We would recommend Gene Wagner Plumbing without any reservations!

My daughter called this provider on a Monday, holiday morning due to having a burst water pipe due to subzero weather. Although the company was booked with appointments, they agreed come out that day and gave her advice on what to due until they arrived.They were able to get there within 2 hours and fully repaired the pipe.

Went very quick, and much cheaper than expected. The kitchen sink only needed minimal components replaced, including the faucet which we already had a ready to install faucet in a box at the house - and only a couple other needed components were replaced. Did not have to fix nor replace the piping underneath think sink nor going down into the basement. The downstairs water basin did not have to have any major maintenance to it as was expected, turns out that they just had to get in and unclog what was clogged so that the hot water worked down in the basement into the sink basin

He was friendly, on time and performed work efficiently.
