I was not happy with there work because they did not fix the problem correctly. I had to call them back to fix it. It took a long time for them to come and take care of it. However, the workers were personable, professional and friendly. They came on time.

The total work took about two hours. They were very good and nice. They were a little bit pricey.

I called and they were able to send someone out in half an hour, which I really appreciated. Everything turned out very well. The guy who came out was very nice and personable, and did a great job. Their prices were reasonable, and I was happy with their work.

Gene Wagner did this job for us and he did a great job. I'm a landlord so I'm out for most of the day and he worked with my schedule. We met and he checked out the job, then he did it. He was in and out within a few hours. Overall I was pleased with the smoothness of everything.

We contacted Wagner Plumbing to install a new Garbage disposal for our daughter's home in Shorewood as a gift. Tim, at Wagner's knew exactly what we needed and after a quick visit to the home to see the site of installation gave us a prompt quote. The installation took place within a week and was done in a matter of a couple hours including electrician to do the wiring for the switch. Our daughter was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the promptness of service and loves her new Insinkerator. We would highly recommend Gene Wagner Plumbing to anyone and everyone. Courteous attentive service, good prices, prompt service...Need we say more.

Storm drain in basement was backing up when running washer. First call was to roto rooter and a kid came out and had no idea what he was doing. He said I would need to have something installed in the "toilet stack" so he could get access to clean out. I quickly sent him home and called Gene Wagner. The guy came out and knew exactly what to do, there was an access point by the water meter which he said they teach day 1 of plumbing school. Gene Wagner knew exactly what to do, roto rooter had no clue.

I was happy they could schedule the appointment for the same week that I called. He reseated the toilet first thing, and stopped the leak. He offered a couple of options for a bathroom and kitchen sink that was dripping, and I opted to replace the faucets, which were old and in need of constant attention. When I mentioned my water bill was high, he pointed out a toilet in another unit which was running all the time - replaced a part, which in itself will pay for all the work I had done in money saved on my water bill. Would hire them again.

Technician arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. Performed the task I wanted, explaining everything as he went. Answered questions, and looked at a few other tasks I was considering and offered very good advice. I really could not have expected a better experience.

It look about an hour for the job to be completed. He was very neat and efficient. He arrived within an hour of the call, on a Saturday afternoon. Another plumber we called said we were 5th on the list and couldn't guarantee a time. The estimate from the other plumber was a minimum of $250.

Everything was fine. The plumber knew what he was doing, and he did a nice job. The price seemed fair, and was in fact more reasonable than I had expected.

They were prompt getting back to me. didn't make me feel like a fool. He thoroughly discussed why he was doing what he was doing and why it would work. He proceeded to do the work quickly.

Report as of 2 hours after the job: Brian was awesome. Came on time. Very friendly and polite. Informative, never condescending. Got busy right away. A couple other plumbers had looked at the fixture and said they'd have to go in through the back closet and that it would be quite a hard job. Brian said it shouldn't be that hard and fixed it cleanly, quietly, and in less than two hours. Works great! Also fixed a leak in a kitchen sink. Again, quick, quiet, clean. Gave helpful suggestions on next steps of general home plumbing maintenance. So far, I am very pleased with this service.

Total honesty from this company. Very helpful. Came on time. He needed a few new valves that he had on the truck. His sauntering joints were done very well. They also have a 24 hour service, which is very helpful. The price was exactly what they were suppose to be.

The truck the plumber was coming in broke down on the way to my house, so after the "he's on the way" call, I called back over an hour later to find out he was back at the shop loading up a second truck. I would note that he arrived within the originally stated two hour window, even with the delay, but instead of arriving early in the window, he arrived late in the window. The first toilet was fixed quickly, but when I was showing the property the next day, the toilet was leaking (turning the water pressure down 1/2 way fixed the leak, and allowed the toilet to be functional). What I thought was just an elbow which needed replacing under the sink, ended up being a bit more elaborate but the plumber explained the work well, and then it went much more easily then he had anticipated. The leaky faucet is very old and parts/replacements for it are no longer made (the house is 120 years old the sink is probably a good 50). I was advised that I'd have to replace the entire sink and faucet, which I elected to hold off on. The second toilet (at a separate address) was repaired quickly, and a call to the tenant confirms it's in good order. Overall a good experience. Work was explained and done quickly, the plumber was friendly and professional.

One quarter hour is the minimum charge, the price is $95.50. The minimum charge for cleaning a drain is $200. His price is way too high, and I will not be using him.

The plumber was friendly and helpful and sought to help us save money. If they could repair my problem, I'd have them back. I will definitely contact for future needs.

They were on time for estimating and actually spent time looking at the job vs. some of the others that estimated the work. They completed the work on time and on budget. They even hooked up a temporary connection so we have water over night when they were doing the work. Others suggested we stay in a hotel that night.

Spent a good amount of time trying to find the leak. They did a nice job.

We needed to repair a dripping pipe behind the p-trap in our bathroom. We have a 1928 bungalow and the pipe coming out of the wall had lost the threading on it. The plumber was very helpful in replacing a small pipe that went into the wall. He was thoughtful and only cut a very small hole in the wall and after he replaced the pipe he covered the hole with a chrome flange so we didn't even need to repair the wall. He saved us additional work by not having to repair the wall.

Great job. The estimate was quoted several months prior and included more work than we decided to get done. They did it for time and materials rather than to re-quote. The guy who completed the work seemed very knowledgeable and did just what we asked for. Our time frame was short and they were able to complete it well within our requested dates (just a few days notice). It was great not to have to wait for another quote appointment and then to schedule the work.

It went good. He showed up on time and he got the job done in just an hour. I have garbage disposal so it made it a little bit more difficult but he still got it done quickly.

They were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, clean, and speedy. I called yesterday and they came out today, right on time.

The bill was suppose to be $350, however it was less than that it was $135.00, and he also replaced the guts of the toilet as well.

They were quick to respond. They showed up on time. They are a very honest company. They try to offer the best deal available. They are very friendly. They even came out the same day I called them.
