He provided me with excellent information immediately upon viewing the project. Although opening a full design project ultimately became unnecessary, I greatly valued his input. Paul took dimensions of the whole house and created six architectural drawings for the stairways, placing them at the optimum locations. He also helped me decide on the layout of the second floor rooms to maximize headroom, square footage, and utility of the space. Paul bent over backwards to work with my carpenter and me to help resolve questions that came up during construction. He came a couple of times on short notice. Paul's charge for the architectural drawings was $280. He never sent a bill for his time to come help with the floor layout (about 2 hours) or the stairways (another hour or two.)

On very short notice, owner came to our home after regular business hours and spent time going over our hand-drawn plans and answered questions. He helped us with our decision.
