I called on 1/21/11 to set a day/time for David to give me a quote on some stairs we wanted added to our existing deck. We agreed to meet on 1/29/11. David arrived at our house and I explained exactly what I wanted. I also supplied him with my e-mail address in order to forward the quote to me. David called on 2/1/11 and informed me as to their hourly rate and asked if I was still interested in receiving a quote. I replied that it was right in line with the other quotes I had received and that I would still like to receive his quote. When I hadn't received his quote by 2/3/11, I called David. He stated that he would get it to me within a few days. 2/8/11 arrived and I still hadn't received his quote. I called David, but was unable to leave a message as his voice mail was full. I encountered the same thing again on 2/9/11. I sent an e-mail on 2/10/11, but received no reply. I was finally able to leave him a message on 2/11/11, but have yet to receive a return call or a reply to my e-mail as of 2/15/11.
