+ -1 moreHE NEVER SENT IT TO US IN THE MAIL, AS HE STATED HE WOULD. WHEN OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT AND I TRIED TO GET THE WAVER PRIOR TO CLOSING OF THE HOME, THE TECH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON US. WE NEVER GOT THE WAVER FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE CLOSING OF OUR HOME WAS DELAYED. AFTER THE HOUSE FINALLY CLOSED, (WITHOUT THE WAVER), WE CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO A WOMAN. SHE SAID SHE WOULD PASS THE MESSAGE ON. WE EXPLAINED ALL THE ABOVE AND STATED WE WANTED A CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER RELATED TO THE PROBLEMS WE HAD WITH HIS TECH. SUDDENLY NO ONE KNEW WHERE HE WAS OR HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM. TO THIS DATE, 3 MONTHS LATER, WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS, RUDENESS, AND UNRESPONSIVENESS. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTED COMPANY. **AWFUL EXPERIENCE**
Description of Work: WE NEEDED CLEANING OF FURNACE PRIOR TO THE SELLING OF OUR HOME. THE CLEANING WAS DONE, BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET THE LIEN WAVER THE TECH DID NOT HAVE ONE.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE, AND SEEM BOTHERED WHEN YOU CALL. DAVE THE TECHNICIAN, IS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINS THINGS VERY WELL. HE REMEMBERED ME FROM TWO YEARS AGO WHEN HE CAME FOR SIMILAR WORK.
Description of Work: SEASONAL INSPECTION AND CLEANING OF TWO BOILERS. ONE BOILER NEEDED A NEW SENSOR PILOT ASSEMBLY AND FLUE CLEANING. THIS ADDITIONAL WORK WAS COMPLETED DURING THE SAME VISIT.
