Cleaned up very well and dried within the time we were told. Jon was a pleasure to visit with and answered all my questions regarding the stains.

They are awesome. Very thurough and detailed in the cleaning. They even offered up a tip on how to dry the carpet out faster so I didn't have to leave my windows open over night!

It was fine, they were great. They were on time and they cleaned up well after themselves.

I was impressed with how careful the cleaners were. They used corner guards and did not dirty or nick the walls. Everything was cleaned very thoroughly, and the light-colored family room carpet looks like new. We opted for the additional Teflon protection on the family room and stairs. The two brothers who provide this service are pleasant and know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the job they did.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The young man who came out was nice and very polite. He did his job and I was very pleased with him. It was hard for me to order the deal because I am 86 years old and I am just learning the computer so I called Angie's List and a girl took my order and said that she would handle it. She was very nice and she gave me the deal for $279 and so on and asked for my charge account and immediately put it on my charge account. So, I got the bill before I got the service and that was the only thing that I did not like.

I think it went fine - he came on time, and called about 15 minutes before arriving, explained what he was going to do, and explained the extra services and cost, did the job, cleaned up, and left. He said the carpet would dry overnight, and it did except for the stairs, but they were dry by the evening of that next day. Our carpeting looks and smells so much better!

They were good. I had the ducts cleaned out and I never really knew that you had to have that done because I just vacuumed a little bit but you wouldn't believe all the crap they got out of the vents. My dog has skin allergies and he seems to be better after that because they got all that dust and stuff that they got out of there and they hauled that out of here. He brought the truck and brought the hoses in the house so there wasn't a mess.

The services provided to me by Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning worked out great. They did a great job. I've never had that done. There were quite a few stains on it. They came out really nice. They called me right away, the day that I purchased the Big Deal and set up the appointment, which is a nice feature. That's really nice, with Angie's List deals, where the service providers call you. They were late when they came out, but they called me and let me know they were going to be.

Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning did a very good job, as a matter of fact a friend of ours found 7 more families that he took care of also. He's going to be coming in to clean our carpet next month. We were very happy with his work. He was very professional and very good.

Cleaner was there promptly. did the cleaning and left very efficiently.

I had prepared the room for him by removing as much furniture as possible. He was in and out quickly. Moved the remaining furniture as needed. Did a good job, put things back that he moved. Carpet looked good, smelled fresh. He was late in arriving and I had called to be sure I had the date correct. He returned my call within a few minutes and gave me an update on his schedule, arrived close to when he said he would. The communication was the only thing that kept me from giving an unqualified A rating.

It was an OK job. There were lines on the carpet marking the edges of each run of the machine. Perhaps the carpet was too old. I ended up replacing it.

I would definitely use this service again.

Quick and efficient, reasonable price with the deal. Didn't get all the stains out, but they may have just been beyond what is possible.

The service man was polite and efficient. Unfortunately, we realized he missed a room which was one of the most needed. Dog hair was still on the vent cover and obvious dust and sediment from construction is still in the vent. We also had a small pile of waste left next to our driveway. The pile contained carpenter staples and screws in addition to the dirt that was collected.

They were good, I thought there would be more lint, but there was not.

Second time we've used this firm. Service was very good - prompt and friendly. Considering the carpeting is older, there were some spots that couldn't be totally cleaned but, overall, we were very pleased. Will recommend them to others and will use them in the future.
