Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning

It turned out okay. He was quick and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that his tools were gone. He made sure that everything was put back in place. He was a pleasant person and seemed knowledgeable. We had him sanitize the ducts and service the furnace while he was here. That was an additional $212. The price was good. I would use them again.

We were very happy with the service. I had them out by the 10th of December and we bought a couple of extra things from them like a scotch guard treatment and one other thing. We paid $20 extra for a scotch guard and it took them a minute to spray it on the carpets. I thought that it would have been a bit more thorough.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They did a good job. The guy was very personable and very friendly. It looked really nice when they were done. He didn't make a mess, he was on time, and it went pretty well. I thought the price was fair.

The service providers were very cordial and very helpful. All went very well!

We had a complete vent cleaning completed. They provided the services promised.

There were two men. One looked over the areas to be cleaned while the other moved furnishings. One filled a bottle with the pretreat solution and sprayed it all over the areas while the other one went to the truck and brought out the large and small hoses and cleaning wand. He then started steaming and vacuuming. They were very efficient.

John and his staff were very courteous, knowledgable and timely. As for the carpet cleaning, I am not so impressed. I had my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago and it is only myself and my husband in the house. The area at the top of my stairs already looks dirty (or it was never cleaned) and I paid extra for the protection on the carpets. I had pet stains and the smell has never fully come out and the entire carpet never smelled clean. I formally used SS (big national company) and will gladly go back to them, With the coupon, Extreme Steam ended up being the same price as SS with the protection I had to pay extra for, so it was no deal for me. Thank you John for your courtesy, I see many customers are very happy with Exteme Steam but they are not for me. I will not request a redo but will go back to SS. I like my carpets to smell clean !

"Anthony" came to clean my carpets. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and hard working. Anthony used to own his own carpet cleaning truck. He told me what I'd been doing wrong when I cleaned up "doggie" accidents and what I should use to clean up such accidents. He also kept on moving, no wasting time at all. He was courteous and a very "nice" man. The company was also very flexible in adjusting to my schedule and I will use them again. I will also ask for "Anthony."

Gentleman who came out was very personable, knowledgable and professional. He arrived early, which was great and worked quickly. He also gave us some helpful tips for the future. Overall, it was a job well-done. We were a little disappointed that some older stains did not come out (they appeared to be gone while the carpet was still wet, but reappeared when dry), but were happy overall.

They have been completely unresponsive. I have been trying to get a hold of him for the past two months and now I am just going to get refunded.

The guys from extreme clean were professional and very personable. They were thorough and explained everything they did. I did not think my carpet was salvageable and this was a last ditch effort to try and save it and it looks brand new.

They called me ahead of time to confirm the two-hour window when they would be arriving, and then they called me about twenty minutes before they arrived. They were friendly and professional, and asked me to show them where all the cold air returns were and all the duct work in the basement. They explained that they would clean out the cold air returns from the main floor of the house and then they would clean out all the other duct work from the basement using the existing holes that were there. I don't recall how long they were here, but it was less than an hour. After they cleaned out all the vents, they sprayed the sanitizer through the vent system and you could immediately smell a very fresh clean scent throughout the house. They also informed me that this service should be done every 3-5 years, so I will definitely contact them the next time I have this done. I was also given some coupons from them for additional services they offer such as upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.

They were very professional. It really made a difference - they got the spots out and the spots didn't come back. They did a great job and I'd recommend them anytime!

It doesn't matter how nice, punctual, or cheap the service is, if the quality is this poor it is an F. You get what you pay for with this company. The air ducts don't get cleaned with this service, they rattle a 3 ft brush in your cold air returns, knock some plaster into it so it sounds like they are sucking something up, do a slightly better job next to the furnace and then tell you to actually clean the VENTING system it will cost more money. I don't know if I got the lazy employees or if other reviewers don't know what to expect. They may be okay at cleaning carpets but stay away for cleaning vents. Did I mention they lost the screws to one vent cover and failed to replace another? I will give an A if services provide something great, I am not being h****** this company, I am being fair. The date of service is an estimate, I can't remember the exact date.

Nice fellow cleaning the ducts. The cleaning was not thorough. Though the ducts were vacuumed,there wasn't a thorough brushing of the four surfaces of the ductwork. So some of the lint was left behind.

It went very well!! He was very professional and friendly. He worked very diligently. A couple of the spots re-surfaced, which was disappointing. It would be nice if he could come back and attend again to these.
