They were very good. Jason worked really hard and was very professional. He drew me a picture of what part I was supposed to get at Home Depot for the dryer vent. I paid an extra $49 to have the dryer vent cleaned. He got the job done in a couple of hours. It was a good deal and I have used them twice now.

The technician was VERY rude with my mother. She felt so uncomfortable that she went and got a male neighbor to come in the house while they were there. They made a big fuss about cleaning the vent covers, which was part of what I purchased, and I had already done all the work and removed them all for them!!!! Had them in a nice pile all ready to go. Then they upsold my mom on a sanitizer spray that was supposed to leave a fresh scent in the house for 6 months, well it barely lasted 4 days and is gone now. I put the vent covers back on last weekend, and there is still a lot of lint and dirt that was not removed that is visible to the naked eye. Very disappointed, and not cheap. Save yourself the money and do it yourself with a shop vac, because you can do a better job yourself

Extreme arrived slightly before their scheduled arrival and promptly and professionally cleaned out our vents. They were courteous and hard-working. They did some other minor cleaning on our furnace at no additional charge. They completely cleaned up after they were finished. TYhey did an excellent job.

Jason did a great job! Carpets are white so I was worried about getting all of the built up dirt and grime out. Now after cleaning they look great and have held up wonderfully.

We purchased a "Deal" on Angies List. Supposedly half price. I have had ducts cleaned before in a previous home by a reputable contractor, so I had certain expectations. This was nothing like my previous experience. I expect I could have done as well with my own compressor and shop vac, and I would not have had to clean up a mess afterward. Some things that a pro would do that this contractor did not include: *Seal all vents and clean one at a time. As this contractor was blowing compressed air into one vent, debris was blowing out of nearby vents. Hence, the cleanup afterward. *Use duct brushes and beater tools to mechanically clean the ducts while pulling the debris through with vacuum. This contractor just blew air in each register and sucked up what he could with a vacuum at the other end. *My previous contractor was able to show me everything that he pulled out of the ducts due to his more professional filter system. We retrieved several small toys and missing puzzle pieces and I could see the effectiveness of the work. This contractor said he was unable to show me the results. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but not always.

Went well. Very professional and friendly. On time and always answer the phone. Easy to schedule and re-schedule. Some constructive criticism: They should provide more information about what they are doing. I know he brought an air hose in and blasted some stuff but I really have no idea what was done. There is no deliverable showing amount of stuff cleaned or anything like that. For all I know he just sprayed an air hose at my vent for 50 minutes and left. I'm sure he did a great job, it's just that communication was lacking a bit so i don't really know what was done. Also, with the coupon it was $199 for duct cleaning which seems like a lot given that the whole project was under an hour.

I had to process a refund. They never contacted me back to schedule the work. I really wasn't happy with their responsiveness.

For the air duct cleaning, they did a fine job. It was good. I had to do it around my schedule when the house closed so they did it as soon as I was ready. For the carpet cleaning, I thought that they were very fast, meaning that they did the job very quickly. The carpeting was quite soiled. I just purchased a foreclosed property. It seemed like they were in a rush to get in and out of there so I wasn't overly impressed. I can't be certain that the carpets would have become cleaner because I never owned a property before but to me, there were still some areas that I thought could be cleaner. It was not based on the duct cleaning experience but the next experience, the carpet cleaning, I wasn't completely satisfied so I don't think I would use them again.

They showed up on time, were very professional, and very helpful. There were a few sore spots on the carpet and they gave great advice on how to fix them. Would definitely buy again!

I really don't like the way the deal went. I paid more money than what was expected because I thought it would be covered in their big deal purchase and they didn't tell me what was included and what was not.

The experience was good. The work was good. The company was great.The price was reasonable, and I think we had a big deal coupon for it.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for this service on 11/22 with the intent of having them come in before Thanksgiving to clean my carpets. Unfortunately, they weren't available before Thanksgiving (not their fault, but mine for ordering late) so I went with the weekend after Thanksgiving. (Sorry my review is several months behind!) Anyway, they came in on time and there were two gentlemen who cleaned the carpets. They were very friendly and professional and worked quickly...maybe too quickly? One of the guys noticed that there were still several small dark marks in the carpet after they were finished, but simply said, "It looks like spilled juice, it happens all the time with my toddler." There was no offer to go over the spots again, and there was no additional, "Hey, we have this service or something at an extra charge that could take care of those," which was kind of disappointing. They DID get out a larger stain near my couch, and for that I was happy. BUT when my husband looked over everything and said, "And how much did that cost us?" to find out that it was a DEAL for $80, he was very unhappy and so was I. My overall grade is a C for this provider, and I should have spoken up sooner, but I didn't realize how unhappy I was with the service until I had time to think about it. Pros: They came on time and were friendly. Cons: They didn't do as good of a job as I thought they should have, and they didn't even try to cover up the fact that there were still marks in the carpet.

They were very good. They were clean and they gave me regular updates of how it was going on and how long it would take. They gave me the overall conditions of the ducts too.

That turned out well and they did a great job. They cleaned a sofa and a love seat for me. Two upholstery cleaners who came out were personable and helped me. After purchasing the deal and then I called them about 2 weeks later. There were no issues with scheduling

They were very punctual and professional. They did a great job, only took a couple of hours and no problems, no mess. They recommended changing the furnace filter a week later which we did. For the most part we seem to have less dust throughout the house, but not dramatically so. I would consider using them again for this or their other steam cleaning service.

It was excellent. They did an excellent job. They took care of everything. We kind of took out some of the small stuff and they moved the others. The carpet dried in a timely manner. We were very pleased with it.

I was embarrassed to see the amount of dust in the cold air returns but they assured me that they would get rid of all and they did. Good work, guys! A. Brooks

They did a good job. I thought that they did a good job, they were quick, they came when they said they were going to, and they were right within their estimate. They didn't quote something and then charge something else.

The carpets really brightened up and looked much newer after the cleaning. The men worked quickly and were very nice. I would definitely have this service again.

I BOUGHT THE SERVICE OFF ANGIES LIST, FOR $199.00, FOR THE DUCT WORK CLEANING.THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE I DID OFF ANGIES LIST, SO I WAS KIND OF UNFAMILIAR HOW THE ORDERING WORKED. I PICKED OUT 3 TIMES FOR THE SERVICE. I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP ON 1/22/14. I MIGHT OF MISSED THERE CALL OR E-MAIL. WELL WE WERE HOME AND THEY CAME PROMPTLY IN THE AM. TWO YOUNG FELLOWS(JASON &JON) SHOWED UP AND INTRODUCED THEMSELVES. SHOWED THEM THE FURNACE AREA. THEY CHECKED ALL THE VENTS, HOT AND COLD RETURNS. THEY ASKED IF THEY CAN CLEAN THE FURNACE, AND SANITIZE THE DUCTS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED,(AT A ADDITIONAL COST) WHICH I AGREED TO. THEY HONORED THE $199.00 COUPON. I WAS HAPPY WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

It went very well. They were prompt, friendly, protected the floor from the furniture with foam pads, Even brought in my wife's groceries!
