Description of Work: We had some rugs and upholstered furniture stored in the basement while we remodeled. Mold was the issue. They cleaned the furniture and rugs. All is well with no odors. They later came and cleaned our air ducts and did a fine job as well.

Description of Work: When they arrived I showed them the areas that I wanted cleaned. I asked if it would be possible to add some furniture as well. They were very accommodating and explained the costs. They worked hard and efficiently. Overall, a good experience.

Description of Work: They cleaned my area rug, 1 room, the stairs and a hallway. A pretreatment was put on my area rug before he asked if a few of the spots were animal urine. I told him yes. He asked if I still wanted it cleaned and told me that it would "stink". I agreed as It really needed cleaning. I couldn't imagine that it could be so bad. It was so awful that I had to throw the rug out. The stink could not be eradicated at all. | |I had informed the company when I called if I could substitute the stairs for one of the rooms offered. She stated that the technician would make that call. He told me that they were normally $3 per step, however he would clean them if I gave him a tip of about $10. I gave it it him but was very uncomfortable with it. I would not recommend them to anyone because of those two issues but especially because of the bribe.

First of all we asked you specific questions before anything was started such as, do you have any offensive odors or heavy spots or stains from animals or anything else? You did not tell us you had urine on your carpet or rug. So we proceed as standard cleaning. After we start our professional noticed urine odor coming from your carpet, then we asked you if you would like it removed you kindly replied NO ! You don't want to pay us to remove YOUR urine ptoblem! We did not pee on your carpet ma'am we only asked if you would like it removed and you declined.

Description of Work: The work performed was excellent, however, the drying time was more than 24 hours. I couldn't put back my furniture until 2 days later. The carpet did, however, look almost brand new and is staying that way. The carpet is almost 7 years old. I did pay extra for scotch guarding.

I don't usually leave positive reviews because I don't feel a need to highlight someone doing what I paid them for, but this is an exception. I got the angies list coupon, and then arranged a time. The first time I picked was late in the night and when they told me how long it takes, I was able to reschedule without a problem.The crew showed up in the time frame agreed upon and did a wonderful job. I can tell you, my house is 100 years old and I doubt that the previous owner (i bought it a month ago) had ever cleaned the duct work. Les and his crew took their time to blow out and vacuum all the dirt out of every line in the house. They were great with my pets (dog and cat) and were very friendly and hardworking. I really cannot say enough about the difference they made. I could see the dust collecting in the van when I went out, and they took the time to explain some of the equipment they used and how it worked. 30 minutes later I am breathing easier in my living room than I ever have... this is what amazed me. No dust escaped, and I will tell you that if a house were going to have to much dust, it would have been this one. They even went as far as to help keep my escape minded cat shut in a room while they had to have the doors open. I will be taking my car to them to get detailed next week. These guys are great at what they do, fast and careful, and worth every penny over any competition. I am starting a list of great contractors in my desk solely because of extreme stream. My final word: out of the 10+ contractors I have had working on my house (floors, plumbing, paint, plaster repair, windows, renovation, etc.) these are the only one I have taken the time to write a review for and I would keep writing about it if I thought people would have any interest in reading such a long positive review.
Description of Work: Les and his crew cleaned and anti-bacerial and anti-mold fogged my entire duct system as part of the angies list coupon (the fogging was extra and well worth it!).

The whole proccess went better than expected. Very professional.
Description of Work: The technicians came out to my home in Oak Creek a few minutes early and estimated my work I scheduled as well as offered a few other services I needed. They ended up Cleaning my whole air duct system as quoted on the phone and gave me a free room of carpet cleaning to show me how well there proccess works, I have had stanly steemer out in the past so I thought I new quality, but these guys blew me away, they took out stains that Id never think would come out and didnt even charge me! Man I love these guys!
