My husband and I purchased this coupon for this company and thought this was a great deal for 3 rooms of carpeting up to 540 sq ft cleaned and deodorized for $89. All we wanted cleaned was our basement carpet and stairs which is exactly what my husband relayed to Jon who is the contact for the company. We were never told that additional costs apply until the technician arrived. The technician told my husband that we owed taxes for the service (my husband was never told over the phone during the initial call so he didn't have the full amount of cash on him) and then he told my husband that stairs cost extra (again nothing was ever said by Jon over the phone during the initial call). As the technician proceeded, he said that we had water damage somewhere and that's why our basement had a smell so that in order to deodorize, that would also be extra. The coupon states that you get 3 rooms and/or up to 540 sq ft of carpet cleaned however our basement equals exactly 420 sq feet. So I called Jon after speaking with my husband to see how things went and asked why we were being told that all of these things cost extra, especially the stairs because that was what we originally requested and he was very rude, told me that he doesn't have to tell people that taxes are owed that it should be a given and continued to talk down to me asking me if I ever shopped in Wisconsin and that I should know that people have to pay taxes for everything. He never once asked or tried to resolve this issue with me, he just stated that I got more than what I paid for in service because his technician told him that he cleaned 5 areas. Our basement has TWO rooms, not five! I was very agitated with the way the conversation with him was going, how he was talking to me and said that my husband never told him that we wanted the stairs done. Even if my husband didn't mention the stairs (again, he did tell Jon during the initial phone call) wouldn't you give your customer a heads up to let them know if they wanted stairs cleaned that that would cost extra and is not included in the coupon offer? I did hang up on Jon after being very upset with how I was being talked to and Jon then called my husband and said he was going to report ME to Angie's List and that I swore at him and hung up. Keep in mind I am at work in a professional environment! He then asked my husband how we could resolve this to which my husband replied that he would talk to me and ask what I wanted to do. I discussed this with my husband and we decided that we wanted the stairs cleaned since this was already a bad experience with this company. Jon then told my husband that I would have to call him back myself and tell him this since I was the one who purchased the coupon and also that I would have to be there if he were going to clean our stairs. I then called him back hoping he was honestly trying to make a bad situation better but I was wrong and he continued to argue with me and told me again that the stairs cost extra and if he did this for us that he would have to do it for every customer and again that I got more than what I paid for in services. At this point, I'm still at work and can no longer sit on the phone and be talked to like this so I told him to forget it, that I didn't want to deal with him any longer and that we will send him a check for the remainder of the taxes ($2.00) and be done with it. He still continued to argue with me so I had to again hang up on him to contain control at work. He then called my husband yet again and told my husband that I was abusive and that he expected to see our check in the mail!!! I cannot believe how this guy has been in business for 30 or more years as he states he has been! His treatment of customers is absurd and awful! And the worse part is the carpet is still dirty and stained, I feel like we were totally taken advantage of. We trusted this company to clean the carpet of the new house we just bought and now we have to clean it ourselves because we cannot afford to have it professionally cleaned again.

I don't usually leave positive reviews because I don't feel a need to highlight someone doing what I paid them for, but this is an exception. I got the angies list coupon, and then arranged a time. The first time I picked was late in the night and when they told me how long it takes, I was able to reschedule without a problem.The crew showed up in the time frame agreed upon and did a wonderful job. I can tell you, my house is 100 years old and I doubt that the previous owner (i bought it a month ago) had ever cleaned the duct work. Les and his crew took their time to blow out and vacuum all the dirt out of every line in the house. They were great with my pets (dog and cat) and were very friendly and hardworking. I really cannot say enough about the difference they made. I could see the dust collecting in the van when I went out, and they took the time to explain some of the equipment they used and how it worked. 30 minutes later I am breathing easier in my living room than I ever have... this is what amazed me. No dust escaped, and I will tell you that if a house were going to have to much dust, it would have been this one. They even went as far as to help keep my escape minded cat shut in a room while they had to have the doors open. I will be taking my car to them to get detailed next week. These guys are great at what they do, fast and careful, and worth every penny over any competition. I am starting a list of great contractors in my desk solely because of extreme stream. My final word: out of the 10+ contractors I have had working on my house (floors, plumbing, paint, plaster repair, windows, renovation, etc.) these are the only one I have taken the time to write a review for and I would keep writing about it if I thought people would have any interest in reading such a long positive review.

They were excellent, professional and fast. Amazing work.

They came on time ready as expected, and seemed very experienced. After the service was complete they showed me everything and gave me additional coupons for future services so I will be having them out again!

The whole proccess went better than expected. Very professional.
