Even with the Deal, we were scheduled quickly. The serviceman arrived on time and focused on his work, was professional. The couch & 1 1/2 chair were cleaned. Cushions were left open so that the couch could dry out properly.

Came on time and were in and out in less than 2 hours.

They were on time. Removed all duct plates and started work. Took maybe one hour and one-half. Found a golf ball?? Judging from the noice from the vacuum, they were clearing out a lot of debris.

Two guys came to the house to clean the air vents. They were very professional, informative, and did a great job.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 hour period between 9 AM and 11 AM, and no one showed up! Called the company and they said my original crew was delayed and they would send over another ASAP. Cleaning crew arrived at 11:30 AM and inspected carpet - they recommended a spot & stain treatment that cost an additional $47 (the carpet was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a while). They moved furniture to clean and put it up on styrofoam blocks. They did a good job overall.

They were very thorough and considerate, explaining everything. They moved furniture, brought hoses in from their truck, and did an excellent job with both the duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning. Everything went smoothly and professionally with no surprises during or afterward.

This was an Angie's List Special for 50% off regular price. I checked their website for what the regular price range would be and thought it looked like a pretty good deal. One rug was done the for the price expected but the other one was determined to be of wool so he couldn't charge the same discounted price since there was more work involved. My wife was home watching the work being done and had to deal directly with the guy. She was afraid we were being taken advantage of so she called me at work to get my take on the change. I spoke to the guy briefly and decided that the charges were still fair and told him to proceed. The rugs both looked good but the lighter color one began to show some of the original stains again after about six weeks. Really can't say if that's the fault of the rug or the cleaner.

We had cleaned the carpets just a week before with an industrial machine borrowed from my wife's workplace, but the effectiveness of Extreme's equipment was immediately apparent, and a clear line of bright vs. dark/dirty could be seen as they worked. They gave extra treatment to one high-traffic area and that now looks 95% better than it did, even after we had already cleaned it too. The couch/chair/ottoman look great and the grime of close to 10 years of use by teenage boys and their friends are gone now too. The guys were friendly and capable, and did a great job! We'll be having them back to clean the carpeted stairs and another couple of rooms.

Extreme Steam did a great job and we were very happy with them. We would use them again. They even moved some of our furniture to clean underneath and were able to get all the way under and around our king size bed to clean the carpet underneath.

The team of 2 men were very professional. They asked me to show all the vents and explained what they would do. After completion, they sprayed a pleasant air freshener in the vents. Having a cat, the vents needing cleaning, definitely satisfied with the work performed.

My overall experience was great and I would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's Deal which consisted of 4 rooms of carpet for $99. I only have 3 areas of carpet in my home so when I called, I asked if I could substitute a room for an area rug. They said it would not be a problem. John showed up on time , was very personable and they did a fantastic job. My only complaint is that he charged me an extra 50 to do the area rug, after I was told it would be included. I am generally nonconfrontational, so I wrote the check.

I purchased an Angie's list deal from Extreme Steam carpet cleaning because they had a special on auto upholstery cleaning that took the price from the original $110 down to $49. Making an appointment was nice, fast, and easy. Jon and Orlando arrived on the appointment day when they said they would and took a little over a half hour to steam clean my carpet and seats. They also wiped down the dash and other dirty areas of the car, but their specialty is steam cleaning the upholstery. They were quick, courteous, and did a good job.

When I contacted Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning, they were very professional and responsive and set up an appointment to come to my home to clean the carpet and upholstery in my RAV4. When I made the appointment, I asked that the technician to call before he came so that I could secure my pups. I have made this request of many companies but few actually follow-through. The Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning representative did call, did not ring the doorbell, and waited patiently for me to come out of the house. He was courteous, professional and positive. He explained the procedure and asked if there were any areas in the car that I was particularly concerned about. After I signed the paperwork, he went right to work and finished within an hour. I called me again when he was finished and gave me follow-up instructions about allowing the car upholstery and carpet to dry. I would definitely use them again.

The vendor arrived on time. The rooms were adjacent so the cleaning did not take a long time. I take responsibility for not inspecting the work before the he left. After the carpet dried, I discovered some spots in the living room that did not come clean. I later had the carpets cleaned again and those spots came out.

Two workers did the job, professionally and quickly. They cleaned our carpeted stairs, a long hallway, and a bedroom and the results couldn't have been better.

They arrived on-time and Performed their work professionally. We asked them to do work beyond that which was included in the $99 offer. However, the ultimate price was greater than what we had anticipated.
