Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning

I called them prior to purchasing the discount coupon,told them what we wanted so there would be no expectations that they do not do or the coupon expired. Was told stairs would cost a little more they told me how much. I bought the coupon. Arrived within stated time span, explained some minor miss understanding, moved what he could which was just about every thing, except super heavy items ( i would not have wanted him to move those, way to heavy). Jon started upstairs came down the stairs while cleaning, proceeded to the dinning room and living room. The job was completed quickly and done correctly, the carpets were clean, when done Jon put the heaver item back, with my help and put pads under all items so the damp carpet would not cause damage. I was more than pleased with the work done, of course the carpet was not dry with in a day, but I have never seem a cleaned carpet dry in a day. It was dry with in 48 hours. I would use his services again. Jim

The individual was very nice, professional, fast and immediately after the carpet looked good. The deep cleaning did not work and overall I felt that the cleaning was just ok. Good if you are doing this consistently but if you need deep cleaning I would need other services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did what they were supposed to do.

I am sooooo happy! They worked with me and came out promptly - I was in a hurry and they got the job done really well, cleaner than I expected!!

I was unhappy overall. I thought I bought enough coupons to cover the entire area. When the guy came out, he said I didn't have enough to cover it. There were all sorts of extras that he said weren't covered by the Big Deal. I felt the ad was a little deceptive.

My overall Rating is N/A, not F however the system won't let me input N/A. I was not able to use them before the expiration date. Unfortunately I had a very ill dog which required extensive attention from me during October/November. She died of kidney failure just prior to Thanksgiving. By then the deal had expired. Really too bad I was not able to use them. Now I need to hire someone else. All other Big Deal purchased companies proactively contacted me to set up service. This company did not do so.

we ended up not using them since they were honest enough to tell us they would end up hurting our furniture.

They were on time, cleaned everything in the house and cleaned up after themselves.

I asked cost when I called and understood the extras, like stairs and hall runner up front so knew before they came what the additional cost would be. They also came when they said they would. I did not have any problems with Extreme

Extreme Clean is a company I will always use. They have someone full time who always answers the phone and schedules you in right away. I had such filthy carpet at my rental. The guys at Extreme Clean were very friendly and nice and got my carpet really clean for a very fair price. They were friendly, professional, and punctual. They communicated the estimated time of arrival, too. They had also done my car floor- there was an angie's list deal last year. I was very very happy :)

The general cleaning was fine. However, there were two spots that we pointed out in the living room, one from spilled juice and another from a dog accident. Those areas looked clean at first, but within a couple of days they both showed up as yellow areas on this white and blue berber carpet. The cleaner came back right away and sprayed the areas with peroxide. The spots again looked good at first, but the yellow reappeared again within days. We have not called him back to try again, because we aren't confident that the results would be any better. For now, the areas are hidden by furniture, so we don't consider it an urgent problem. We will eventually re-carpet the area, and the problem will be solved. Since I neglected to review this provider in a timely fashion, I don't remember the exact date of service, and I apologize for that.

I never had them complete the services and they never called No I did purchase something from them it would have been nice to receive a follow up call

I had purchased a deal through Angie's list last July and realized it was going to expire after 6 months so I called to schedule the cleaning. A very pleasant woman scheduled my date. The date had to be rescheduled twice; once by the company due to the very cold weather (their hoses would freeze up). The next time due to a conflict of mine. When the work was done, Jon, the owner came over and did a very good job with all the cleaning. He was very personable and worked very efficiently. The prices for the extra work were very reasonable and he gave me coupons that will never expire for additional work in the future. I was pleased with this company and will definitely hire them again.

I was not happy with their service; they did not come when they said they were going to come. They said I was not scheduled correctly which was fine. When they arrived their truck was not working to do the work which was fine. Then when they did the work on the carpet, it was not very cleaned very well.

The carpet looked and felt beautiful after the cleaning. In fact a friend came by after and asked if we our carpet was new. I was really happy that the large stains in the den berber type carpet came out and didn;t show up days later like some stains do. 2 young men did the cleaning, the owner and an assistant. There was an add on charge, can't remember what it was for and maybe I overlooked the fine print. Had to remind them to do under the sofa in the den.

I used a variety of people as contractors, they advised me they would be servicing carpet instead of upholstery. They said upholstery was more difficult than carpeting and did quite a bit of complaining. I hired them for carpet service, called back and asked if i could exchange carpets for couch and they said it would not be a problem, that was not the case. They were less than pleased, but ended up servicing my couch anyways.

The cleaner arrived at 10:30 AM , the appointment was for 1:00. Fortunately I had not had to work that morning, or I would have missed him. He claimed there was not an appointment time on the work order. He did not offer to come back later but went to work right away. The carpet was very clean and he did a thorough job. When he left I noticed that he had not put any protective paper or foam under the furniture legs(like other cleaners have done), he put my vaccum in cat box, and a small pile of the sludge from the cleaner frozen in the middle of my driveway. Again the work itself was good, but I would not use them again because of the other concerns.

When I spoke with one of the owners on the phone to set up the service, I described the areas to be cleaned and he said there would be no issue with the $298 covering the job. Appointment was supposed to be for 9:15, they called at 9:35 to let me know they would be late. Showed up at 10:00 and left at 12:40. When Les was describing the additional charges, I was not happy but was uncomfortable arguing with two of them in my home. I had planned all payments and the job to be arranged ahead of time and felt pressured to make payment before they left even though it didn't match the original understanding with John. John was great, nice to work with and seemed reasonable but when Les showed up, did not agree with John. Paid an additional $100 to get the furnace vents cleaned and didn't even wipe it off when they were done. Slopped water on my brand new wood floors (luckily wiped it up), and the carpet cleaning was just okay. I will find another provider in the future.

Everything was fine but then they got there and they did an up sell on the person who let them in. The price of the up-sell for 'de-spotting' was almost as much as the original price for all the carpet cleaning. Not please with what they did.

Finished quickly and did more than I asked.

THEY ARRIVED IN THE AFTERNOON AND CLEANED THE TILE GROUT IN OUR KITCHEN FLOOR. THIS HAD NOT BEEN DONE IN 10 YEARS AND REALLY NEEDED A CLEANING. THEY WERE THERE FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. WE NEEDED THIS DONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THEY MADE THAT HAPPEN. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THIS COMPANY.

they showed up at my remote location, on time arrival, performed their job as promised, and left as promised. Overall a great service

After they left, we walked out of our front door, and there, to the side of our front door, was filth from them cleaning the ducts.... lint, a piece of wood, garbage, and dust. Truly disappointing.
