ESP HARDWOOD FLOORS

This project was a disaster. I felt like I was babysitting a manipulative seven year old. He did not complete areas he said he would, he left for large spans of time, said I was being picky when I asked for something to be done over. He agreed to fix three areas of stained flooring. He only fixed one. He said the price we negotiated wasn't fair, and when he realized the project was going to take longer than he expected it became not worth his time. He told me he would come back and we had an appointment for 5/29 for him to finish the thresholds of the doors and repair flooring, but he never showed up. I called him several times and one week later, he returned my phone call, saying he never planned to come. I believe he is scamming people. He began by presenting himself professionally, but then ended the job horribly. He said he did not care about his reputation because he was going out of business in August. I hope that is true and he does not cause other people the same headaches.
